  1. Mayuree Naree. The vessel would have been under Vessel Traffic Services (VTS) control to approach the outbound Traffic Separation Lane. The Master would have been complying with VTS instructions over VHF radio to join the outbound separation lane. She would have been showing her Port Side where the hull damage is to Iran.
  2. My Luv Macine has just been approved a 10 year Multi Entry Visa into Australia. Visitor (subclass600). Multi entry, 3 months stay from entry. Maximum stay 12 months over 2 years. Everyone is going to be different in their application. My thought is this application is not going to suit someone who has just met someone. It's for someone who can provide a connection over the years. I have about 14 years connection. Surprisingly my Luv Machine was able to use the Australian Government Dept of Home Affairs App on the phone to complete Bio-metrics rather than travel to BKK as she had provided Bio-metrics before. Big bonus as we live up in Issan. Scan Passport QR code thing..Photo of personal details page and then her real time photo and then submit through the App. It works. The application took about 80hrs to complete using info from previous applications submitted. Ozz Statutory Declaration... Translated name changes from birth and divorce, house book, bank account... etc etc. In previous applications to Home Affairs translations where only accepted 3 years prior. This application accepted older translations. As I say everyone is going to be different In their application. Happy to explain my experience and maybe some tips... Luv Machine works family subsistence farm, sponsor takes care of me..visiting family or cousins in Ozz etc... I have to return Thailand and feed the Dogs!!!!
  3. Went to two polling booths nearby my village watching the ballot counts after 1800hrs. Was amazed at the protocol they followed counting each vote. 5 people confirming the vote. Watched my choice of next somewhat Sane Government dwindle in the count with my western ideology. Your country Thailand and your Vote. As always shaking my head with things that happen here.
  4. Gday, Just completed application 10 year visa to AUS Tourist Visa (subclass 600). Because the love machine has done Ozz Visa Biometrics before there is now an option to do the Biometrics using the Dept of Home Affairs App on a phone. My last application was maybe 1.5 years ago so this is new territory using an App on the phone for Biometrics. Has anybody got experience using the App. Good or bad. Previously I have had to travel to Bangkok to complete the Biometrics application which is a 3 day round trip.
  5. There is around 1,000,000 fire arm licensed holders in Australia. Average is 4 guns per licence. Just doing the maths not regarding how many guns each license has. 1,000,000 licenses / 1 person with license= 0.0001% The other bloke was unregistered so put your own maths into the equation. Crackdown warranted ffs..... My feelings go out to those affected. May your God bless you Matilda 10 years old.
  6. I am male but say "Ka" at the end of the sentence instead of "Khrap". That get's them going. If I can keep up with the conversation I keep using "Ka". Rack's with their brain.
  7. Answering my own post. I ended up buying a M1 roaster on Shopee. Not cheap. It comes with Artisan software which uses Bluetooth from my laptop to connect and control the roaster. You can use saved roast profiles and the roaster will automatically follow the roast. Im still trying to get a really good roast profile after doing about 12 roasts. Learning from my mistakes. I'm getting there.
  8. Thanks for reply. I’m ok with buying a Coffee roasting machine. To me it is self gratification with growing the plant to drinking it at home with all the effort in-between. I would also supplement use of the roasting machine by buying online green coffee beans to better my learning how to roast. There is a lot to learn before harvesting grows bigger. I'm looking at the first pick of Coffee in the next two months. From my limited experience I want to get away from using a pan or wok on gas. I have an air fryer but am hoping someone may point me in the right direction for an electric model specific to roasting 150gm to 200gm +++ dark roast.
  9. Hello Gents. I'm wishing to purchase a roasting machine to cook Coffee beans. If anyone is roasting in Thailand I would love to hear from your experience. The beans come from the farm I am on. This is the second year I will be doing this so am a complete novice. In saying that I have learnt a lot. My preference is an electric machine over gas as I wish to get a consistent roast. I will be lucky to get maybe 10kilo of green beans this year so small scale. Happy to part with around 25000bht for a roaster as we have planted around 15 more plants so maybe in 1 or 2 years the yield will increase. I am finding models on the net which appear good and within the price range but are120 volt and ship from the US or UK. The Chinglish models I am a bit weary of unless somebody can give a good review of one. I could pay a commercial shop to roast as an option but prefer to do it myself. Last year I roasted beans in a wok over gas using a whisk to constantly stir. Although it worked the end product was not cooked even. The attached photos I have posted here before on AN.
  10. @dinga may I ask how Commsec became aware that you are not an Ozzy resident. I use Commsec also. Apologies for being a bit off topic but my accountant set me up to.... may I say...meet the requirements of being an Ozzy resident... so far so good with my arrangement with Commsec and the ATO... Touch wood...

  12. I use a BB Glock pistol. Haven’t killed one just scares them.
  13. Love my coffee and taking it to the next level if I can. I find out that my neighbour has a coffee plant Robusta maybe 5 years old and not only that the berries ripe and ready to pick. After picking I did the google thing about drying and decided to use the natural method with the red bean still in its husk or pulp. The husk turned black after 1 week of drying in the sun and I had a go today at removing the husk and inner membrane or mucilage as the berry appeared dry. It was just too labour intense. I tried different ways to get the green bean out using a mortar and pistil and also grinding between two chopping boards to crush the outer layers. After 1 hour of trying the different methods I had about enough green coffee beans to make 1 cup of coffee. Obviously there are machines online you can buy to do the job but I only have maybe 30 cups of dried beans so I cant warrant buying them at this stage. Google searches not helping even with AI. Has anybody got some tricks on how to get the green bean out easily?? I was surprised how healthy the Robusta Coffee plant was growing in Burriram with no care. If the coffee tastes good I plan to grow some more plants.
  14. The Kasikorn or SCB ATM will show you the transaction fee they will charge on the screen before the withdrawal is done. If you do not agree/like the fee then just cancel the transaction.
  15. 100% agree. He did surgery on me 3 weeks ago.
  16. This is right up my ally with info I need.... I have been banging my head against the wall with PEA trying to sell excess solar on my 10Kw system. Ive had a Smart Meter finally installed 6 weeks ago. Burriram PEA now saying can only export to 3 phase power lines. My system is single phase. Told to contact Bangkok PEA for advise through their web site. Ran out of steam after trying to send them an e-mail 3 times and the web page just said unavailable at this time!!! @4myr is your system single phase? @Crossy thanks for mentioning me now I have found this thread. Time for the Issan Luv Machine to get on the phone. I'm exporting around 30Kwh each day now with blue sky's and no air-con running.
  17. Yes have received a bill and studied it as I do. The bill had a slightly different layout to normal as it showed both the old meter usage + the new digital usage. Could not see any export charges. Thanks for letting us know.
  18. My power from the grid was put underground in conduit no problem.
  19. From Burriram. I got busted with an old reverse spinning disk meter about 3 years ago. PEA turned up about a week later and installed a one way meter. There was no fines or anything like that. Have just had a digital meter installed now which I have been trying to get one ever since they took the reverse spinning meter away. There is an on-mass roll out of meters happening everywhere around Issan. Scrolling through the digital meter menu it shows the export power reading is greater than the import. Long story but since my Solar installation 10Kw I have got nowhere with PEA purchasing the export power. I am now in the process of bypassing the local PEA and going through their Bangkok headquarters. I doubt I will get anywhere but things are changing ever so slowly here.
  20. @MJCM and OP. Regarding meters there's still no show with my digital meter. 3 years waiting now. It just so happens though I visited PEA Nang Rong Burriram about 6 weeks ago to hassle them for a digital meter again! again! again! and they had a tent set up displaying the new digital meters which where to be installed everywhere. Since then I have seen them being installed en-mass in surrounding villages. Just yesterday I noticed our village starting to get them. I'm guessing within the next couple of weeks or sooner we will finally get one. What I am hearing now is even though we will get one we still wont be able to export as there is no 3 phase only single phase passing our Bahn. Absolutely crazy the excuses they come up with. TiT... Since my 10kw system was installed 2021 I have exported 21.59Mwh of single phase power and Im wasting power with A/C running all day because I can. If I did get the 2.2bht supposed rebate I would have made 21590Kwh x 2.2bht=47498bht. Again I'm wasting power for no need.
  21. So the Bangkok Hilton is not a bad place to stay after all... I will have to check my health insurance coverage for chopper flight coverage and medical.
  22. I want to start a "Go Fund Me Page". I'm donating a bottle of "M Loy Ha Sip" to kick it off...
  23. I had same issue with Bangkok Bank book not displaying FTT. Contacted wise via e-mail and explained I had been using the drop down menu clicking Long Term Stay and that it was a Visa requirement to show transaction as a FTT. Wise made a note on my account to only transfer to Bangkok Bank which since doing so maybe 2 years ago it has worked fine. If funds are sent to another Thai bank which can happen and then transfered to your bank (BKK Bank) it shows as a Inter Bank Transfer not FTT
  24. Try bleeding air out of the highest point. Air can mess with the pressure switch big time. There should be an air bleed valve to do this.
