The IO in my experience wouldn't know his a*** from his elbow let alone how to advise the OP on his best way forward. He only wanted to get him out of the office in the quickest possible time, sadly their is little or no customer service training in the IB.

But not doing their job in the southern provinces as reported in another article where people are being blown to smithereens by terrorists, shot dead etc, etc Such an indictment of Thai priorities.

Just a heads up in case anyone has missed it but Truevisions are showing the Lei v MC match tonight on Truevisions 605 which is BeIn sports 2. They have also been broadcasting BeIn sports 1 on 604 recently. I'm not sure if these 2 channels are permanent additions as I haven't seen any announcements. I am a gold subscriber with the EPL package on top.
