If it's your first extension at ROI ET they normally follow up with a home visit after your application has been sent to Korat for verification. They normally ask the headman/woman and some neighbor's to confirm you are living at the address you supplied when they visit. Your wife will need to round them up when they confirm the day they are visiting your house.

Fugitive police chief 'Jo Ferrari' surrenders
Andycoops replied to Jonathan Fairfield's topic in Thailand News
The biggest laugh was when he was asked to surrender to save the honour of the police. Their honour is in tatters. -

NACC needs 16 months to probe handling of case against Red Bull heir
Andycoops replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
They must have some mental deficiency as it's now years since the murder was committed. Presumably the IQ of the NACC is so low that they can only investigate at buffalo pace so that there is enough time to sort out the amount of required compensation £€¥$ for their lack of action in bringing the little **** to justice. -
I was merely pointing out what my IO did accept on my previous extensions. I fail to see why they would not accept a PDF printed receipt as it clearly shows the transfer from, in my case, UK GBP to Thai baht, with the Thai baht deposit corroborated in my bank statement. The vagaries of dealing with a non conformal IO system, the sooner there is adherence to the same rules for everyone, the better.

Everyone was taken away and charged, unlike the police men dining in a restaurant in Bangkok while citizens queued outside for take away. -

TAT still aiming for ONE MILLION foreign tourists this year
Andycoops replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
The man is clearly a buffoon of the greatest order and should be dragged off by persons in white coats to a suitable sanitarium for the rest of his natural. -
Identical beers tasting very different
Andycoops replied to cyril sneer's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
Absolutely, there isn't a consistent supply chain process that keeps the beer at a standard temperature from production to shelf. My local BigC was closed for 2 weeks for Covid cleaning, following an outbreak. Upon reopening the shelves were stocked with beer several months old, I therefore went to Lotus to purchase my weekly beer ration, where the beer fill on the label was only several weeks ago. -
Thailand strives to elevate tourism industry striken hard by pandemic
Andycoops replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Same old clap trap, what does quality mean? The country was geared to handle 40m tourists, so now do they only want 4m, if so, say so but there will be alot of suffering and adjustments to follow. -
Thailand to gain 31,000 new hotel rooms

Me thinks they might be empty for a while. -
SURVEY: Sandbox -- the way to go or just a failing PR stunt?
Andycoops replied to Scott's topic in Thailand News
Didn't they say they would shut it down once cases reached a certain level but of course the cases are far in excess of that and to save face they are shuffling along with it. Pity the silly buggers who want to come and find everything closed. -
And they wonder, or perhaps they don't, why people can't stand the sight of the corrupt w anchors.

Expats in Thailand to get vaccines soon: Anutin
Andycoops replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
I don't believe a word that comes out of the cretins mouth, you've more chance of winning the lottery in the boonies than getting a AZ, Pfizer or Moderna jab.
