In the new updated color-coded map of #Thailand, there are no longer any provinces in the dark red zone. The highest level is now red and that has been reduced from 39 to 23 provinces. I was hoping, again, to visit my brother in Cape Town next April, again by that time hoping that SA would be on the list of approved countries. Again, it's just now a wait and see.
