  4. Your state pension is assessable income. Any of that income remitted over 150K would be taxable subject to any deductions and allowances.

  21. As I've stated in other threads, my state pension is also under the D/A, so there is no need to apply for a TIN and file a tax return although it's Important to keep records from last year. Don't listed to Heineken the continuous scaremonger.
