Not quite as bad as spend time inventing scenarios and then inventing other people’s views on the scenario you just invented. A bit like a dog chasing its own tail but without the benefit of physical exercise.

Clearly you can’t possibly know the exact thoughts of someone who hasn’t given an opinion on the scenario you invented in order to make an assumption on their thoughts. Why you choose to embarrass yourself with posting such nonsense is a mystery.

Yes can appeal. Once he’s posted bond. Which is meets the penalty which in turn is commensurate with the fraud(s).

We are now learning that Trump’s statements in his submission for a stay in the penalty of $464 Million are, no surprise la here, not entirely truthful. He produced no evidence as to why he can’t get a bond or bonds while it is now being revealed he refused to allow properties he was offering as collateral to be appraised by the bond companies he was asking to underwrite the bond(s) he needs. Put simply ‘Trump asks bond companies to accept the valuations he gives as he seeks a bond to challenge a ruling he lost on the very issue of fraudulent valuations’.

You’ll just have to go on wondering. I don’t feel included to encourage your whataboutary anymore than I do your hyperbole.

Once again, regardless of what ‘value per square foot’ is adopted, if the number of square feet is overstated then the subsequent valuation is fraudulently inflated by the ratio Stated Square Feet/Actual Square Feet. Trump fraudulently inflated the actual square feet measurement by 270% so the valuations were also fraudulently inflated by 270%.
