  1. Your first hate monger was convicted as follows: ”Lee Dunn, date of birth 10/07/1973, is from Egremont, Cumbria and pleaded guilty to a charge of sending a grossly offensive message, contrary to section 127(1)(a) and (3) of the Communications Act 2003.” So not for posting ‘hurty words’ as claimed by the grievance strokers among us. As an added ‘gift’ for his hate mongering, he’s almost certainly lost the security clearance he needs to work at Sellsfield. Your second martyr was convicted of racially aggravated breach of Section 127 of the Communications Act. I suggest you read the link you provided and not dismiss the factors the court considered. https://www.cps.gov.uk/north-west/news/man-jailed-offensive-social-media-posts-wake-recent-disorder https://www.news.cumbria.police.uk/news/man-convicted-for-posting-racially-aggravated-online-content-as-part-of-carlisle-policing-operation
  2. A bit of projection going on there Yagoda.
  3. So that the end of any arguments from you that the leftwing media are controlling the narrative.
  4. Once again, nobody has been jailed for ‘hurty words on Facebook. Give us their names Jonny and I’ll once again link reports of the crimes they were actually imprisoned and/or held on remand for. Oh and you couldn’t help yourself with the slur could you?!
  5. I sometimes read The Guardian, I don’t read it everyday and I certainly don’t read every article they publish. So not so much ‘missed the article’ as didn’t read The Guardian whenever it was the article was published. My ‘chosen rag’ at the moment is a piece of an old T-shirt that I’m using to clean one my road bikes.
  6. DeSantis will have to wait, the FBI have jurisdiction.
  7. Your imagination is wasted Jonny, you could write novels; fictional fantasy stuff seems to be your natural genre.
  8. “Russia, if you are listening” Said a man who hopes American voters are not.
  9. I see The Daily Telegraph are still in that place of hurt they’ve been in silence July 5.
  10. It’s not hard to find: Here from the Daily Mail report on the original criminal trial: In March, 2004, after false documents had been obtained claiming the girl was their daughter, a successful request was made to the British High Commission in Ghana for UK entry clearance for the "family". Three months later they flew to London. Here from the records of the disciplinary hearing: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-566852/Couple-smuggled-13-year-old-girl-Britain-work-household-slave.html https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/media/66e2e938718edd8177131679/TRATMPO_Ernestina_Quainoo_conduct_panel_outcome__002_.pdf
  11. Another one of your non sequiturs Jonny Once again I’ll ask you to produce evidence to your claim that I have blamed the rightwing, or indeed rightwing hate mongering for: “Immigrant trafficks and enslaves a child, gets convicted and then lies about the conviction to get a job working with children” Give it your best go.
  12. I think Trump is hoping for a rebound once his ‘I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT’ scream gains traction.
  13. RIP Amber. Didn’t one of the candidates for the Presidency discuss this very specific risk and consequences of pregnant women being denied healthcare as a direct result of the other candidate’s ’victory’ over Rowe v Wade?!
  14. Then you should have no problem at all producing a post by me in which I ‘shill for Huw’. Give it your best go.
  15. Does the Huw Edwards case get a mention in the Saville Report is that you doing a bit of time travel?
  16. Shilling for Huw, the pervert I say should be in prison? Do you think you could comply with the forum rules and produce some credible evidence to back it up?
  17. That’s a very serious allegation. Do you think you could comply with the forum rules and produce some credible evidence to back it up?
  18. Perhaps one of those clauses in contracts that people imagine.
  19. No it does. You have stated the BBC were reluctant to let him go. This deserves some evidence to back it up.
  20. I agree his behavior is abhorrent. There may or may not have been these clauses you refer to in his contract, we neither of us know. We do know that dismissing people on the basis of unproven allegations ones with legal risks. The court is the arbiter of guilt, not the BBC.
  21. We now know Edwards is not ‘of the highest character’. I expect the BBC took legal counsel on the matter. Had the BBC dismissed him before the verdict and he had been found innocent, I expect the same perpetual BBC critics would be complaining about the cost of the ensuing legal settlement.
  22. Pensions are held in trust, they are not under the control of the beneficiary and hence not subject to confiscation.
  23. Not normalizing anything Jonny. Perhaps you should consider whether or not the rightwing hate mongering against immigrants plays any part in preventing victims of trafficking seeking help from the police and other authorities.
