  1. No you just posted in a thread discussing the ONS data on UK inflation. Doh!
  2. Alvin Bragg is not ‘a the Court’ you yourself in this post state ‘Alvin Bragg (the people)’. So unquestionably Alvin Bragg is ‘not the court’. So let’s go back and look at your original claim, here it is: What a mess you are making of yourself!
  3. Forbes is leftist already?
  4. Forbes do you? https://www.forbes.com/sites/camilomaldonado/2019/10/10/trump-tax-cuts-helped-billionaires-pay-less-taxes-than-the-working-class-in-2018/?sh=58d440603128
  5. No trouble finding things that have gotten worse: https://www.theguardian.com/science/2024/apr/18/drug-shortages-normal-in-uk-made-worse-by-brexit-report-warns
  6. I think I’m pointing out the obvious flaw in criticism of Labour on taxes and spending when the UK tax burden under the current government is the highest since WW2.
  7. The article is based on the taxation already in the process of being applied. It’s an assessment of those tax increases.
  8. OK. Which conditions does Defendant Trump meet such that his presence in court during his criminal trial is option. https://www.law.cornell.edu/rules/frcrmp/rule_43
  9. So you go looking for opinions you agree with then post the links here.
  10. Needs saving so soon. Who would have guessed.
  11. Per the link, defendant Trump meets non of the conditions under which his presence in court during the trial is optional. Refer also to the Parker Warning: https://www.nycourts.gov/judges/cji/8-Colloquies/Admonition-Parker.docx
  12. Wrong again: And the judge also cautioned the defendant that if he fails to attend court an arrest will be made. (Parker Warning). https://www.law.cornell.edu/rules/frcrmp/rule_43
  13. Off thing to say given the stagnated economy, prices still above the target 2% and the current Government having enacted the highest tax take since WW2. https://www.thisismoney.co.uk/money/article-12781839/amp/Tax-burden-highest-Second-World-War-44-billion-stealth-tax.html
  14. So let me get this right. The radical left/deep state: 1. Forced Trump to commit crimes. 2. Infiltrated the Trump DOJ (which successfully prosecuted the crimes in which Trump was named the co-conspirator and for which Trump is now indicted) 3. Infiltrated the GOP, the Trump Business Organization and Trump’s trusted inner circle - laying low for decades waiting for the chance to give testimony and produce evidence against Trump. 4. Infiltrated and took control of the DOJ 5. Infiltrated and took control of the Grand Jury 6. Infiltrated and took control of the judiciary, in mind the appellate court. 7. Infiltrated Trump’s defense team and sabotaged their legal arguments and court filings. etc Or. There really is something worthy of criminal indictment about Trump’s behavior. …. Give up my nationality guessing, I’m not the subject of discussion.
  15. That might address the logic of using a bond. It doesn’t address the legitimate question of examining the funds that are claimed to be guaranteeing the bond.
  16. If the bond is secured by ‘Trump’s cash’, and presumably at some significant rates of interest/service charges. Why on earth is the bond necessary? Somebody needs to take a close look at that cash. The bond issuer’s statement alone is justification to do so. Voters might also want to assure themselves that the Presumptive Republican Candidate isn’t in debt to anyone hoping to buy some influence. Eyes all over that ‘Trump Cash Deposit’ seems more than necessary.
  17. OK so your accusation of canceling Truss was baseless. Glad we cleared that up.
  18. If you believed any of that you wouldn’t be engaging in streams of personal attacks.
  19. That’s not even a single fact, let alone a brace of facts.
  20. You’ve adopted the logic of a Monty Python sketch …. I broke a coffee cup this afternoon. Biden is President, ergo the broken coffee cup is Biden’s fault.
  21. What? Point out where I even suggested ‘cancelling’ Truss. Go on, give it your best go.
  22. I have absolutely no doubt Trump wishes to weaponize the DOJ, he did so when he was President. But he’s not going to be President. For the next 6-8 weeks he’s going to be on show to the press, they’ve already noticed his inability to stay awake. His aphasia is also already getting noticed. There’s no hiding the mess he is.
