Sadly you are right, nowhere near enough people on the right side of the aisle have the spine to cross over and join the left in the defense of democracy, upholding the rule of law and defending the constitution. The point being is Trump was testifying under oath to his own failing memory. Not an opinion by a third party of how ‘ he might present himself’ but sworn testimony by Trump himself that his memory is shot.

Erm no. He cooperated and returned all documents as soon as they were discovered. As did Pence. The other guy engaged in lies, deceit, hid documents and showed classified documents to people who were not cleared to see them. Biden and Pence not prosecuted. The other guy, getting what comes for his actions.
