States the bleeding obvious. There’s an appeal, the outcome of the appeal is uncertain, therefore the punitive damages remaining at $65 million is uncertain. It’s a kind of logic that enables people who get paid to write stuff that strings readers along to get away with presenting nothing new as something to worry about/get your hopes up.

What would be even more interesting is to see your evidence that President Biden has played any part whatsoever in the investigation, indictment and prosecution of Trump.

Awful news for anyone to receive and a reminder to us all to keep up with our health checks. King Charles has my very best wishes for what he’s facing. -

Sorry, I simply provided a fact and refuted the error you made. There can be no ‘substantive discussion’ with someone who is presenting as fact something that is patently false. If you believe Trump is going to beat Biden in the election, but that’s just an opinion, if you believe that opinion then good for you. Though please forgive me for taking the view that your posts read as though you are trying to convince yourself. I personally would love Trump to be the Republican candidate, he’s a gift to The Democrats, I’m not in the least bit interested in making any argument to any Republican or MAGA adherent (they are not necessarily the same thing) that Trump should not be their candidate.
