In principle I agree with most of that. However, it’s not just ‘screwing up’ that warrants removal. One Justice lies under oath during his appointment hearing and a second has very clear conflict of interest/obstruction of justice questions to answer. These two need to be removed and replaced. Next up, the Constitution says nothing at all about how many Justices should be seated on the SCOTUS. Some rebalancing is in order.

Roman Catholic and Christian Fundamentalist are not mutually exclusive, far from it. A Constitutional Amendment to enshrine the rights of a woman to abortion would be a good thing, but won’t happen. However getting the GOP out of the way and reforming the SCOTUS is an achievable aim. There are two Justices ripe for removal, the Democrats need to take the gloves off.

Let’s take that at face value and then examine what it is the ‘States’ now get to do. Decide on what a woman can do with her own body and in doing so stripping her of dominion over her own body. Let’s hear the arguments that make that acceptable?

I’m not convinced the GOP actually wanted this outcome. It made a great rallying call for the Christian Rightwing and others who have a desire to control women’s bodies but once achieved it’s not going to get any extra votes for the GOP. It has though mobilized opposition to the GOP and the rightwing/Christian Fundamentalist loaded SCOTUS. All in time for the Mid Terms.

Abortion is not killing a child. When actual children are killed all we hear is ‘Thoughts and Prayers’.

This is the kind of defeatist nonsense that loses elections. This SCOTUS ruling is contrary to the views of a very clear majority of Americans, and it includes clear notice that next up is rights to contraception and gay marriage. ’We cannot win the mid terms’ is exactly the kind of thinking that will allow rightwing Cristina fundamentalism take control of America.

The most effective response to this SCOTUS ruling is vote!

This is an ‘Investigation’ not a ‘Trial’. Witnesses are cross examined in ‘Trials’, they are not cross examined during ‘Investigations’. Don’t be impatient, there will be cross examinations in the trials relating to J6. DoJ raiding the homes of ‘witnesses’ is a sure sign you won’t have to wait long.

Forged documents, signed by people and submitted to National Archive in an attempt to over turn the election. There’s the crime, there’s there’s documentary evidence of the crime, there’s the signatures of the perpetrators on the documents and there’s the secure evidence trail.

Not just beaten, but thoroughly trounced. An 18% swing to Labour in Wakefield and a 30% swing to the Liberals in Tiverton ( a seat that has been held by the Tories for 99 years). Theses swings make it clear there are hardly any Tory seats that can still be regarded as safe. Tories who decided to back Johnson are surely rethinking that choice, while they do so more dirt on Johnson arrives with reports of him using senior civil servants to find jobs for his unqualified wife. He’s an albatross around the collective Tory party neck, and the best bit, they missed their chance to get rid of him. It’s only going to get worse for the Tories.
