There is a downside. My sister locked on quarantine for now more than 3 weeks (not in Thailand). Last two weeks without symptoms but with positive tests. Doctor said that there are cases when virus may be detected  up to 3 month. So, it may be a long story of isolation.

Problem is not with the existing entrance protocol (i.e. quarantine, insurance and so on). TE members wait entry approval for few months. I am not sure that it is an elite service.

TE works bad in my opinion because they can not provide easy access for members. Their motto: Low service, higth price...

TE takes money and promise easy access to Thailand. It looks like a scam from TE. Perhaps, TE members and condo owners should to rethink investment plans.
