Had a long talk with a good friend in Moscow yesterday. His story is very different than yours. He slipped on ice a couple of weeks ago and badly needs an X-ray and MRI, but says he doesn't dare go to a hospital until they can get covid under control. Same Moscow?
With serious side effects and the ongoing vaccine war, it would have been on CNN and the BBC. Probably not all that bad?

Is is very strange approach. Сan lead to a shortage of beds for critically ill patients, as was the case in Italy.
What is the reason to hospitalize asymptomatic patients? Home quarantine is sufficient in this case.- 9

They may be able to get Non O visas as family members, but many consulates will only provide them for spouses and parents of Thai nationals.
Visa exempt entry (or a tourist visa) seems the obvious solution in your case. That would provide 75-90 days. As mentioned above, at the current time, a 60-day Covid extension would almost certainly also be possible. However, there is no guarantee that option will be available several months from now.
Can i convert a tourist visa to retiriement extension when they decided ti extend stay in the country? Sorry for a lot of questions ...

i thought to get the "non-o" as family members. Does it possible? The duration is only my assumptions... We want to buy a certificate for return tickets.

Hi guys. I married to thai many years and looks like my parents want to visit me the last time... It is difficult but may be it is a true.
Can i prepare a visa (may be NON-O) for my parents? May be maybe someone had experience? Thanks for a response.

What are benefits of the PR? Will you lose PR status if you retire?

I think in this case what's being referred to is assassinations of people who Putin feels pose a political threat to himself whether it's would-be politicians, ex-officials in exile, or journalists.
Example, please. Are you talking about fake poisoning of the Navalniy? At any case he is just blogger who produces low quality videos and has 3% rating on the peak. Do you think a person with 3% rating and blowing western money may pose a threat?

From Thailand--Thai's you mean, --yes my wife (before covid) often use to go there , great wines, very cheap spirits. The Australians use to get $10 cheaper as they funded the (friendship) bridge. The amount of traffic crossing can really clog it up, sometimes leaving the tourist to wait in the heat. Hopefully the new rail will ease all that.
Citizens of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), as well as Japan, South Korea, Russia and Switzerland, enjoy visa-free access to Laos. I don't remember that i paid something.
