If for whatever reason the dems want to prop up joe for 2024, which I really can't see happening then the VP running mate won't be harris, no way. The chances of joe lasting a second term are iffy so of course his VP choice means more than ever.

I don't see old joe lasting much longer as pres. And positively can't see him being the dem candidate. His trip to the UK was pretty funny as King Charles tried to navigate joe around and make his stop talking to the guards. He's good for a laugh.

I have an 11 yr old and my plan is to teach early. She has ridden MB already in a small country village when she visits family. As we drive in our car I point out all the stupid things the MB's are doing. She won't be riding on any main roads but a little riding practice on large parking lots and such is good IMO. Being able to pick back, front brake without thinking. Motor memory. One of the things that MB riders do here which I hate is they won't except for red lights come to a stop and wait for clear traffic. Turn left without stopping and not even a glance. MB's are a useful tool here, just has to be used safely. To forbid your kid from ever riding on a MB is unrealistic.
