For a good burger experience I buy some lean steak, mince that for some fabulous burgers smothered in cheddar cheese, lettuce, onion and never, never any ketchup.

Mr B good you stay in Isaan and critique all the things you don't live near. Pretty much 90% of food we order is some kind of seafood dish. Myself I prefer good fish over most other seafood but when we go to a seafood restaurant the table is flush with all kinds of dishes, some I want and others the ole lady and kid want. My fav is scallops in a half shell with pepper and garlicy butter.

Seafood buffets are loved by seafood lovers regardless. Usually lobster isn't on the menu for buffet dining.

At local Thai beaches I see parents and they're not concerned with the little ones in the water. Here and there you'll see an adult in water with the kids but not often.

It's the Thai way, kids play in the water with no adult supervision. Parents too busy consuming som tam and alcohol.
