I still remember the guy face at a US court when he heard the verdict regarding having sex with a minor (17). He was chocked when he heard 10 years prison. Perhaps he had idea of months.

That was just a post regarding newer required documents for 1st timers. Nothing about opening bank account in Thailand as you claimed. Different bank different requirements.

As far as I know even 15 years ago opening a bank account in Japan was not possible without resident address and not possible for Japanese without "Kozaki" (getting Kozaki requires having address in Japan).

Have you had any discussion with them regarding what's happening ? If they give a none scenes answer it means that they have done it intentionally (they know how justice system works in Thailand, there is no law till you make it to be enforced by court). You will have one choice only to resolve the matter by taking it court.

I have an inkjet printer (with ink tanks on the side) that print heads clog out every once in while. 500baht every time for cleaning and the guy says that I must use it at least once a week (😆),otherwise this is going to happen again (500). I'm not sure if replacing printheads is right thing to do and it will work for long. 

How you deal with your inkjet (do you have the same problem or it's only mine 🤔) or do you own a laser ? 

I decided to buy a B&W laser. HP or Brother?

I'm a crazy farang who don't know about plumbing when people look at vent pipes up to roof (they are out back of the house) 🤔😆😂

In fact knowledgable builders know what they are doing, but most cheap builders never care or even don't know that itraps or vent are needed. Good built condos or hotel do have both. In Japan there is no vent, but they chose pipes over size for ease of air movement. 
I did all plumbing for my house including vents and traps. I did all the plumbing from back of the house and under. No pipe in walls (I understand that won't be possible for all floor plans. Toilet tank head is 50cm higher than ground. 
Install traps under your house if it is possible and don't use smaller than 2" pipe if possible.
