But I think something fishy is going on, because it's not a rocket science for even most lazy police to take a truck and go pick this garbage up when it appears, there is cctv everywhere and generally Thai people know everything about everyone, just instruct 7eleven employees and taxi drivers to report and it's even more easy, patrolling the streets every night is also know how they can invent. Why they are not doing it is mystery, cannot be corruption, maybe they are scared of ghosts at evening or something else ..

I have read numerous times that they have been arrested. So why do they are still there every night harassing people? Isn't police and Thai people ashamed that foreign scammers are working openly in public space?

They should be educated this way a lot more often.

Last time, week ago, scammer approached me, I immediately said loudly - police station is this way and pointed to direction. He disappeared in 1 second. But generally advertised "crackdown" on these scammers seems not worked at all, police should try harder.

"Crackdown" didn't lasted long. As of yesterday, it's less than 10 days, these scammers are working as usual near and even inside 7eleven close to Avenue. Who knows maybe they managed work permit while arrested, but I see it as humiliation of police that we see this instead of deportation.

In practice always happens once a year in my room, aircon just not cold anymore. But just recently I started paying 3-4 times more than other years...

I have new record. 1900 baht for small one in small bedroom, 500 cleaning + 1400 gas. RCA aircon express. Seems really excessive, because other years I never paid more than 500 for unit and they refilled gas also, same in Bangkok. Considering this should be done once a year, I really would like to hear some more recommendations..

I noticed this pattern, in Central Pattaya near shopping areas there is some strange people, looking Indian or something similar. They come to random people trying to give some weird advice, usually they start without any manners telling that you are too fat, skinny, bald or something other about person's appearance and say they have advice, stupid and annoying. I smell it's some scam going on or just thieves trying to distract victim. Maybe someone smarter can comment what it's all about?

Bill 1200 was voiced by lady manager by phone, they called and gave me to talk, so it's not just boys. I dunno, I am not in a mood to talk about it anymore now. But for future if there is more proven companies I would like to hear which, in Bangkok I had one good, there also never paid more than 500 for unit.

They cost me 1200 total with some refill. Cleaning 500 and rest refill. Actually I have never before been charged for refill and was paying just 500, when house management staff was doing it, now they stopped that service. But I don't complain, because they did good job.
