I lived in a rented house which after a few years got a termite problem, infact i did'nt know they were there till one day i opened the wardrobe in the spare bedroom and it fell into a pile on the floor,
called the landlady she sent the pest guy, he found the nest which was in a tree stump in the garden then put a block of poison there and a plastic bowl over it to stop the rain and the dog getting at it,
They were gone in days.

As if someone cocooned in his metal box is going to hear you...
You'd be more likely to get their attention if you posted on Facebook.
I think its worth checking for on-coming traffic regardless of the colour of the lights; if my lights are green and there is traffic stopped on the other road, OK. If my lights are green and there's no traffic stopped I'll pay particular attention to approaching traffic, and if my lights are red, I'll wait until there is no traffic approaching from any direction, and check for policemen as well.
SCWorthy of note is the fact 95% of the red light runners are helmetless scooter riders

pradit manoontaam which is part of this intersection in the last years had hundreds of cyclists each evening riding up and down with expencive high end bikes and all riders wearing lycra, not sure if it was just a fashion or there are no survivors but they are all gone, btw my gf just uses a folding bike to go to the supermarket,
When i think about it i will video the scene at the intersection and put it on youtube

Some days ago while waiting to turn right at a main intersection in bkk i heard frantic screaming, on turning my head i realised it was my gf and 3 other cyclists all screaming while crossing on green,
I later asked why and she replied... its quite normal here because of the red light runners so we all scream with fear as we cross on green, the police sit in the aircon box and watch but have zero interest in the red light runners putting peoples life a risk,
Cant imagine any other country where this happens

Thailand is many years away from having many BEV on the roads, if they ever get to that stage, so many people who live in apartments have to actually look for a parking space when arriving home let alone a place to charge a BEV.

I have noticed that police dont stop kids on motorbikes as they have no money, i call them police in this post but infact its difficult to describe them as a police force...law enforcement is not part of their job
