What's really weird is those who buy an EV and live in a condo or apartment without powered charging, my time is too precious to wait for an available public charger. I've been working offshore on a drilling rig, I made Thailand my home in my 30's, I had to adapt, I only needed a tourist visa as my rotation is 28 days on and off, you soon get to know your way around when you're thrown in the deep end. 2015 I worked offshore, Songkla. You make it sound like foreigners have blue books coming out of their you know what. A blue house book is not a common item for Thais, most of the Thai people working in Pattaya won't have one.

The IO is only interested in proof of address. Your house blue book (without your name) can be used for your CofR.

Where did I say 'any blue book'. It was the house blue book, the house that I bought and I live. I've got many house and condo blue books, for my CofR I use the blue book where I live. What's your problem?
