I was reading a Facebook group about this subject. Sadly Thailand is becoming the land of the whinging foreigners. Lots and lots of complaining and moaning expats, man up cry babies I live local, been traveling Theprasit for over 20 years, it's dynamic, always changing, it's not perfect but it works. Sadly the security is weak I saw a foreign woman in big C extra the other week with her cat, it was in a carrier. I'm seeing more and more foreigners in shopping centers with animals. Lots of lonely people coming here.
