How on earth did you drag Soros into this? Why even?
It’s not some kind of a Rightwing code is it?
DYOR and I am not right wing actually despite your trolling. I am pro abortion, anti-guns and pro-environment. In fact I am left of center.

Arresting a former President who will be the next candidate is a form of violence and an attempt to derail democracy. I don't like all that Trump does or says - he's a huge egoist - but this is obvious politics and will have huge ramifications for democracy.

Love him or hate him this is a set-up. It will further divide America and expose Sorus backing to certain DA's. Hunter gets nothing despite drug fueled videos? and arrest Trump for a payment unrelated to politics? SERIOUSLY?

Why didn't you bring it up before you paid? it's not standard to get floor plans here and the builder will want to use his plans for other houses.

All these judgements - he might have had a spiked drink? or something else? I doubt anyone would knowingly do this when they understand the consequences for their visa etc. He looks very fit so my bet is on steroids.

Just curious, are you a "good client", ie does your account throw up some good fees for the bank? I've known of someone getting kicked out of the EU bank where I have my account, but he had no regular revenues while I have my pension plus a (rather expensive) brokerage account. I keep my brokerage account with that bank on purpose, so that they have an incentive not to get rid of me.
Hi - no I have about 100 quid in it and never use it - too many hassles. I guess they might shut it and I'd never know but they do send statements here annually.

Crypto - some coins not all, will be the exchange of the future. takes seconds to make a transfer etc. As for banks Nat West knows I moved here 15 years ago and have never said a dicky bird.

Phalang Pracharat: 8,433,137
Pheu Thai: 7.920.630
Future Forward: 6,265,950
So he got by far the most votes and 7.9+6.2 is not 16
Yes it was not kosher because of massive vote buying from Pheu Thai. But really all are vote buying in Thailand but Pheu Thai has the deepest pocket. You misrepresent - Prayut only won by combining votes and doing deals with friends - PT won more seats. That is a FACT. The opposition, combined, had double the popular vote. You are a closet Prayut apologist - we all know it was fixed.

What he didn't?
Sudarat and Thanatorn won 16m votes Prayut won half that and there are serious doubts it was all kosher.

There was almost civil war (or some say it was already civil war) we knew a guy who lost his foot, and everyone know the pictures of the guy who lost his hand.
Staging a peaceful coup and than after stabilization doing new elections is preferable to have a real civil war. First loosing tourism and than the whole economic would be a far bigger problem than ousting some corrupt oligarch.
And population saw it as minor wrongdoing as well because Prayut afterwards won the majority of votes from the population. No he didn't - please research

Well... you should not have handed anything until a contract is signed. You lose $100 treat it as a learning curve - no big deal.

Don't buy anything here especially in Pattaya. I did years ago at a very quiet location. Nowadays I am in the middle of an extremely noisy red light district. There is nothing you can do against it. These "entertainment venues" can do what they want. You only can move away - together with many others.
It's true - don't like it move or sell up. I had a condo near The Avenue in Pattaya and sold up before covid at a loss.

You're dreaming.
Most places in the world do not make efforts to know neighbors any longer. This is very true in US and probably has been for decades in Metro areas
Thailand is very transient. You're only the neighbor as long as you've the visa to stay on.
Maybe they are feeling sheepish bc of all the cultural prejudice and know how westerners are influenced re Ukraine / Russian propaganda
Finally, maybe they simply don't speak English.
Russians by nature are not jovial people. Steeled by bad weather, bad government and hard times.
Oh that's right, can't speak imperial English, not happy enough for you (insert fake Thai smile here) - just stay home.
"Steeled by bad weather, bad government and hard times"
obviously you have not been to Russia much (I have). All three of your assumptions are wrong but I do understand the lying western media have painted Russia this way for decades. Beautiful country, hot and cold weather. Things improved hugely after the Commies and Yeltsin and life for ordinary Russians is much improved from their grand parents days. Is it perfect? obviously not but where is?- 1

There are very few single Russian ladies in Pattaya, for very obvious reasons.
At any rate, I don't talk to Russians now.
Why? should we not talk to Americans over the lies anent Iraq?

You should have just followed the news in the last two decades and it was obviously to everybody.
He held a coup? he's no angel but nowhere near as bad as the guys now AND Thais would vote for him in their millions (you are not a democrat it seems).

Irrespective. He is a convicted criminal. If he was/Is innocent then why did he flee Thailand by skipping bail? Aug 2008 he went on his own accord.
So was Nelson Mandala - politics in the court system here is pervasive - it gets political parties shut down, people allowed to leave the country and jails innocent protestors. Defending THAT is monstrous.
