Agree.
Thankyou Amnesty.
protest because Prayut lacks a mandate from the people since he did not run for election. Also, he is the sole PM candidate nominated by Phalang Pracharat, which failed to win a majority of seats in the March election and thereby has little in the way of legitimacy to form a government.

The facts are: regardless if he was speeding he fled the scene, blamed it on his driver, hid the fact that he was drunk and refused to meet Police and fled the country.
What would happen if he was a worker in 7/11? a farmer? he used his resources to RUN and HIDE. Red Bull can say whatever they like as to his connections to their company but their MONEY paid for his Ferrari, for his flights out of Thailand and keep him in luxury for years. Anyone on here arguing the opposite is a fool.

No, it's very simple. BLM claim blacks are shot 2 times in proportion to their population segment. They say "blacks are only 13% of the population but when you look at shootings they are more than twice that proportion of shooting victims."
However, BLM neglect to mention that blacks commit 53% of homicides and 60% of robberies, and since police are therefore more likely to encounter an armed dangerous black criminal by a factor of 4 shootings will be higher. However they are not four times the 13% population figure, as one would expect, since blacks, with 13% of the population commit 53% of homicides and 60% of robberies.
So the central BLM claim that blacks are shot in greater numbers in proportion to their population is not true, if you look at all the facts.
So there is no real issue that Blacks are shot in crazy numbers. None. At. All. Unless you mean blacks shot by blacks, which of course BLM do not highlight.
The only reason BLM gained traction is because some stupid girl made a phone video which showed only the portion of George Floyd being subdued. It did not show that Floyd paid with a fake dollar bill, resisted police and refused to hand back an item gained by fraud, it did not show that Floyd had previous convictions and was a criminal.
That video showed something most people were outraged by, a killing of a subdued man. That is why BLM gained traction. Mobile phones. Not because there is any issue.
Lots of sense here and honesty. It might not sound 'nice' but blacks do the most crime, kill the most people and also whine the most. Having said that it is obvious that kneeling on someone for 8 minutes, no matter what a scumbag they may be, is OTT and, obviously, dangerous as in Floyds case. NOW it's being made into a huge drama for political purposes. I agree with MLK - be colour blind.

I have lived in both. I now have a beautiful house in the country, pool, cats etc. and QUIET. But, I also own a small studio in the city so I can hang there when I'm on a drinking + girl hunting spree.
Balancing things up house is far preferable for 100s reasons - no committee's, no JP, no noisy neighbours, no kids in the pool, no broken gym equipment, no silly documents and PRIVACY (no sneaking that girl up in the elevator hoping the manageress or staff don't see).Anyway I solved the problem by having both - 6 days in house 1 (2 max in condo).

Well, that's as may be, but it doesn't directly relate to either my comment or the OP. Not much of a BLM supporter, even before what was a half-worthy cause (apparently) got hijacked.

Can you say that these days? Some snowflakes might say it racist.
Trump is the man and should easily win a second term, despite the witch hunt by the anti-trump supremacists.
I know they seek to shut down truth and dialogue with their '
cancercancel culture'. Humans are the same no matter what skin, gender or religion. This REVISIONIST nonsense won't work long term.
As for Trump winning I thought easily before January but Covid has saved Biden's bacon. He could win by doing NOTHING just keeping quiet. -

Nah, you're just repeating the same on a loop, nothing more. The BLM, for all it's (many) faults, would not have gained any traction if there weren't any real issues. It can be argued that the BLM's version on causes for these issues is biased or even incorrect. Claiming, as you do that it's essentially a hoax, or a non-issue is neither credible, nor reasonable. There's no need to embrace all of the BLM's claims and positions, and in the same way, no reason to adopt your wholesale dismissive attitude.
What you continue to claim some imaginary "we" know about BLM claims is not true. Or rather, a partial version of the truth. Because, pretty much like the BLM, you strong commentary is based on highlighting the bits of statistics supporting your case.
BLM is racist through and through. All Lives Matter and no cheap minority spin is going to change that.

It’s a tiny Minority that want to (defund the police)and they mostly want to redirect some of their funding to more appropriate programs but you know this and it doesent work so good to work up the hate and division and trump and facts that’s funney bottom line imo and most folks just think it’s another diversion to take attention away from his failure to respond to the pandemic it’s what he does lie deflect defy it’s all he’s got we see it he’s toast and burnt at that
It's possible he might lose but Biden can thank the virus for that. Great economy tanked and Biden unable to speak = a possible win.

An excellent scoot choice. The hybrid motor gives an acceleration boost , then recharges the battery. Scomadi - now made in Thailand - are styled on Lambrettas and designed by 2 English guys. Known for well designed exhaust and suspension systems. Royalalloy are also making very similar scoots.
Nice but a bit pricey? Scomadi and Royalalloy and then there's the maintenance issues etc.

A broker put me onto April about 8 years ago. It was a specific policy for expats in Thailand/Mekong Sub-Region. The broker recommended them staying that they're governed by French law and therefore more reliable than Thai insurers. However, the premium would increase by more than 20% p.a. without ever making a claim. When I mentioned this the broker said that's because most of the insured expats were elderly retirees with the inference that they would be making regular claims.
So I switched to an insurer with a presence in Thailand (LMG) a few years ago where the premiums are more stable and jump only when you pass into a higher age bracket. (Also they give you a proper plastic member card whereas with April I had to print out a paper membership card which didn't give me much confidence if I had to present it at a Thai hospital).
Yea I had an age jump of 38% + they don't give any no claims discounts.
Jumping to another brand @ 30,000pa less and 10% discount if no claims.

I have never really been into the younger woman thing.
Both my farang wife and my Thai wife have/are within 10 years of my age.
I sorta always wanted someone who I could relate to.
I have never quite been able to get my head around the 60 year old farang man with the 20 something Thai woman. What the heck do you talk about? Their lives are so far apart, let alone the cultural thing
Well it depends whether you want a friend/companion or just sex? I like younger girls but the best, IMHO, are in their 30s. Like you cant get us wanting younger we don't understand why you would want to tie yourself down in your last years. Variety is the spice of life and going with young, 30s, 40s even is different every time - who wants Pizza everyday?

Great demonstration of people control but it won't last. To be fair stopping tourists was the correct response but closing all those small businesses was unnecessary for the flu which has killed, in total, less than a single day on the roads.
