this write up does not tell readers THAT they are unfurnished....only having kitchen and aircons !!!!!!!!!
I know as I made an enquiry many weeks ago !!!
also units are very very expensive
I visited developer's office today to see what they still have available in Foreign ownership. The cheapest Studio (33 sq.m) starts from 4,718,736 Baht and One-bedroom (34.90 sq.m) from 5,001,100 Baht. someone is telling porkies in the write up as you can see from the info I have provided also maintainence fees are 16k per year

I do not think it inappropriate to report and condemn their narrow minded unthinking actions. I think you must take action.
If you have not already done so I would speak to the Branch Manager and if not given a satisfactory answer then inform them of your intentions to go to their head office. I also wonder if anything can be done at local government level. Maybe NancyL will advise.wil all fall on deaf ears....

The RTP have another scam on the go. When you are at a traffic light with a right turn filter do not move ahead ready to turn right when the straight ahead light turns to green. They will be waiting around the corner to stop and fine you Baht 400 for not stopping at a traffic light. This happened at Sukhumvit/Thepraset Rd junction the other day. As per some of the comments above, they stopped farangs but let an offending trike driven by a Thai go straight through without stopping him.
discrimination is rife here .....but what can one do about it....NOTHING !!

It doesn't mean Pattaya is dead, just too many malls right now.
It was similarly empty before T21
this is why the keep on building condo blocks.....to entice buyers/renters to come to the area then they will fill all the empty malls !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes and I am going to win the lottery !!!!

Maybe, but they seems to focus on the tourists.
We live quite close to T21 so go there often for lunch/dinner, T21 is all about the restaurants, there are a handful we found very good.
At A PRICE !!!....
