  1. My advice is don't bend over when picking up the soap in a shared shower room!
  2. Like monopoly. He probably has a , "Get out of Jail Free card"
  3. He ain't stupid. of course he knows the verdict already. otherwise he would not have come back.
  4. Remember this drug dealer and the true story; "Inside The Luxurious Prison Colombia Allowed Pablo Escobar To Make For Himself" When drug lord and “King of Coke” Pablo Escobar agreed to a prison sentence in Colombia, he did so on his own terms. He constructed a jail so lavish it was referred to as “Hotel Escobar” or “Club Medellin,”. The prison featured a football field, jacuzzi, and waterfall. Indeed, it was more a fortress than prison, as Escobar effectively kept his enemies out rather than lock himself in and continued to conduct his grisly business. If Pablo was still alive I think he would have been Thaksin's best mate!
  5. Can I get a job at your school? I'll pay the school to work there.🤣
  6. Really! Gee your smart. Do you think that Thaksin would flee Thailand to Dubai knowing that he only had permission to go to Singapore only, and invite a reporter on the flight to take photos? 🤪
  7. Because the RTP could not give a sh.t. As no tea money in fining children.
  8. Yes maybe Monday 2030. He is GONE. Clearly he knows in advance that if he stays he will be arrested again but without the 5 star hospital.
  9. Oh but do you think think Thailand will request a Red alert on him. Dream on. He's gone. Hope he rots in hell.
  10. The only bag he needs is his laptop. As that will access all his bank accounts in countries that cannot be accessed via regulators such as Switzerland as an example.
  11. He will have to find more appropriate clothes in his wardrobe! During Covid he wore Medical clothing. During the mini war between Myanmar and Thailand he wore army clothes like a General. Now he is PM he should get another wardrobe full of Armani suits.
  12. No the Prosecutor will investigate if the Judge permits new evidence to be added to the trial. May I ask Lou are you on the Red Bull payroll? You seem to act as the defence lawyer?
  13. Do you? I don't think so. Yes I have some idea. but one thing for sure you have not established if the notice is still in operation or not. Your responses have no factual evidence. Your wrong that, it is not the job of a judge. If the judge is involved in determining corruption in such a case and the prosecution raises and requests that investigation then it's up to the judge to decide if that will occur,
  14. Lets look at your response lou. 1. ".it has been proven that no other country has had any interest in detaining him". What proof that no other country has had any interest? Especially considering you don't even know if it had been withdrawn and how long ago? 2, Yes It was a very very "serious one". a Red Bull heir literally kills a Thai cop and is drug affected driving at high speed, is in my books deserves the maximum punishment. 3 "The Thai government has no obligation to prove your unsubstantiated claim to be wrong. The majority of the notices and the workings of Interpol are not for public consumption." In short how can I substantiate my claim when all is top secret and why is it is so secret to the public . What a gibberish response?
  15. This quote especially stood out, "the airline stated this was not possible, as the airline no longer has the engine". is that because it fell off the wing into the ocean?
  16. I certainly, after reading this, will scratch Nok Air off my booking list. Financially they are clearly heading South and maintenance will only get worse.
  17. in summary I bet that the Thai Government has removed the notification. Can any Thai official prove me wrong! Plus it was probably removed 5 years ago as the charges started to expire. Why does not a Thai judge check into that also to see who removed it and why?. If reason is superficial check their bank accounts. Most likely they are involved with the cover up? In summary that will never happen, as the system, being government and law, is so far down the toilet.
  18. Whats the date of that Red alert.? Plus is it still current?
  19. Further to your comment, in relation to the Australian law comments previously. Those that refuse a blood test after being offered a blood test and If they refuse that they get the maximum fine. In short no escape. That's justice here and it works.
