I think there is a limitation as to what the local governments can do about forest fires especially because the cities and municipalities do not have the resources to set up and maintain a large firefighting force but farmers and automobile/truck/bus pollution can be controlled.

From my experience, most people are looking for deals. I put a 20 pcs porcelain dish set out for free and received instant inquiries, close to 50 within an hour. I had another exact same set so I put it out for 20.00USD. I did not get even one inquiry. Lots of bottom feeders. If you looking to buy, be careful. There are so many scams and even violent robberies. FB Market Place is also very famous for fake items. If you are going to buy anything of value, I would take a friend or even two just to be safe.
