I did that 3 times and still shows home version and even try a win 11 key and it told me not acceptable. Will try the microsoft upgrade to 10 pro and no activation, will (try) activate later with the original 10 pro key, I think it would be the best option

I did retrieve the key from the pro version but the problem is that I don't have pro installed, however I do have the key, maybe will try to use Microsoft site install 10 pro without activation and activate later with old key hoping it will work, thanks for the feed back

do you mean I can copy if from another computer and that will include the setup system files, my neighbor has it on his laptop, I didn't know it could be done as the original installation on his laptop may have additional files, kindly explain, thanks

Did anybody bought a Windows 10 Pro license and/or software from Lazada, if so, kindly provided feed back as I run into some trouble with the kid's Laptop, re-installing/setup windows 10 somehow it automatically default to Windows 10 Home Single language, need PRO version. Visited Lazada and found some shop offering full version of 10 Pro for around 450 Baht but the problem is they provide the software on CD, the LAPTOP is an Acer and like the majority of the newest laptops doesn't have a CD bay, any advise will be welcome
