Hi all,
I'm asking here about something that's being discussed in the Travel forum, about Thai Airways. I'm one of the travelers who had booked a flight with THAI in March 2020, asked for the refund when it got cancelled, then went to register as a creditor in THAI's bankruptcy process. A few days ago we received an email saying we were facing an objection to our claim... and it's written in Thai language which I don't know at all. Now, at this point I don't have much hope of seeing my money again but I'd still like to know the reason(s) they're giving. The objection contains what looks like a list of possible reasons, with some checked and some not. Could anyone give me a brief explanation or translation of what they say? Here's my copy of the document in attachment.

It sounds like you have no real idea as to wht you want when you retire. Unfortunately no one can tell you what you want that is entirely up to you.
Once you have decided what you want then you can think if Thailand is the place for you or not

It is strange as there are some very good IT guys in Thailand. Obviously they are not employed by the people who operate the Internet.
Has anyone tried Pinging the site? If so what was the result?

Condolences to his family. The driver or the vehicle should be jailed for a long time and pay massive compensation to the victims family. He wont of course but we would not expect it with the way justice is handed out.

Would not worry. When this is over the courts will be too full of lawsuits for care home residents killed in the care homes, people losing their jobs suing and hospitals being sued for wrongful deaths for there to be any room in the courts for vaccine passports suits
I agree with you 100%

It is the same with BMW. They are now, according to BMW, assembled in Thailand but they are still around 100% more expensive than in Europe.
I reckon no matter what they should cost the dealers will up the price as high as possible.

I doubt if it will be a ethical minefield after all since when has the beaurocrats of Europe cared about Ethics? The legel issues will become a big issue not to the resolution to to make sure the vulture lawyers make enough money from it.

That would be the best news of all for we travellers wanting to come to Thailand, along with relaxing testing for those of us vaccinated!
I don't often look at https://tna.mcot.net/ - is it considered reliable? Is Gen Natthapon Nakpanich enough of an authority for us to take note, or is he just another "commentator"?
Anyone who comments on the situation is just as reliable as my pet unicorn being on tme for dinner tonight

Maybe you should practice some reading skills, and offer an apology.
I made clear that 5G is a mobile network and that 5 Ghz is a WI-FI standard used by internet providers
Wi-Fi standard 802.11ac and 802.11ax both have a 5GHz band available. 5G is also used for Mobile phones

The 800 baht included installing the SSD. I believe I need a powered enclosure if I want to use the 1TB as an external hard drive.
Instlling the SSD is a simple job and doesnt take very long at all

I will be flying back to Thailand this month as I have a Thai family. Having said that if the same hoops have to be jumped through by tourists then you can forget it

My wife got a ticket. Said whe was doing 130kph in a 120kph road which was thrown out later when the police realised the speed trap was reading 40kph with no vehicles being measured.
But to answer your question, probably within 5kph if it is a brnd new installation. For older instllations, considering the lack of maintenance that takes place, could be anything

Try the flu or the cold. Even smallpox has at time come back in isolated places. So stop talking rubbish and realise a virus mutates and as such makes it harder to combat
