Unless you buy an expensive business subscription, they can never guarantee their speed claims. Does it not say somewhere in the contract, that it's up to these numbers?
If AIS said they can guarantee the rate they are different to every other provider. The Internet is known as a 'Best Effort" for most users. This means there is no QoS (Quality of Service) part of which is the bit rate. For such a guarantee the bandwidth allocated to you would have to be fixed as Bandwidth an Data rate is interdependent. For consumers they do not provide fixed bandwidth. Businesses can get a guaranteed data rate but the cost is very high.

Can anyone give a reasonable explanation why shops and other outlets that have loyalty cards actually charge for them? To produce a card is next to nothing and if the holder returns time and again as they are given a discount, normally 10%, what is the charge for? The cards are to bring in returning customers and from that the issuing companies make money

The retailer in the UK is not bound to sell at the marked price, and for very good reasons And I do not believe that the US is any different. If a car in the showroom that costs £10,000 is showing as £1,000 because the zero at the end blew away, the car retailer does not have to honour the price. I guess the Thai offer had expired but the shop was too lazy to change the signs ... even though they have misled you they are not legally obliged to sell at the offer price, as the offer is now expired.
You are right. The shop has to sell it at the advertised price but only if the advertised price would appear to be a reasonable price. As you state in your example this price could not be considered as a reasonable price for the car

Read on but I see nothing which directly relates him to hitting her. Ok this is Thailand and Thais never ever lie or make things up, at least that is the opinion if it goes to the police but what is posted is in reality not conclusive by any means. Maybe he has hit her we just dont know but it doesnt come over very clearly in the post
