Pence on Jan. 6: ‘Crackpot lawyers’ told Trump ‘what his itching ears wanted to hear’
If you have ever watched Pence give a speech, or answer questions, he is a serial deflector. He is only answering now because he has to. In any other situation he would give any answer imaginable, except an answer to the question asked. A remarkable spinner of outrageous steer excrement. He is what the better half of the Republican party in the US has become, the other half are far worse.

Can my family ship me Ozempic?
Yep it is that price, if you are getting it for 20 - 30 then yes way over priced. . https://www.cmmediclinic.com/ This clinic near a pool I use. A member of our morning S&G (swim & gym) squad is using it. She swears by it and yep you can see the results.

Can my family ship me Ozempic?
Why not just buy it in Thailand? Likely far cheaper unless you are getting it per medical insurance.. A clinic I use in CM has it for sale and yes, it is the real product. If they have it here, sure you could find it in Bangkok or Pattaya.

The US Congress sets up US-Thai Alliance Caucus
Southern California has the largest Thai population in the world outside of Thailand. Both Steel & Peters congressional districts represent a good portion of that Thai-American population. Given the state or non-state of US Thai relations, it is needed. Too wait for a better moment, could mean waiting for decades.

Smiling at people
You might learn something about Thailand, and thai smiles, before including it in your hackneyed cultural platitudes.

The final analysis.
The Europeon Recovery Program commonly called the Marshall Plan passed by congress in 1948, would end up costing more than 12 billion dollars in US taxpayer money. That BTW was one of the main arguments against it used by the Taft led Republican party who opposed Trumans program.

Red Shirts in Korat Gather to Welcome Thaksin at Don Mueang Airport
The military opened fire on the red shirts, killing scores. If you were being shot, killed and no way to fight back, what would you do? A fact then, a fact now. The T mans real crime, if an expat, was unleashing the genie of populist nationalism. Blaming western banks, read 'Farangs', for deliberately causing the 97 economic collapse. BTW all parties; red, yellow, or green, believe that now, it is become part of Thai populist history, as Thais can never be blamed for such things. Time to stock up on Booze & Bud. The T man just might have an act II.

Thaksin to return home on August 10, Paetongtarn says
He is not coming, he never was coming, but it does keep the pressure on ganggreen with what ifs. This time, as they dismantle latest election results. Assume the 6 day holiday is as much to get their minions in lock step installing one of their own as PM, while playing benevolent overlords. As usual the T man is pretty clued in to the games they play.

Did not check the brand or look closely, I was buying meji yoghurt & meji protein whey drink at Rimping Nim City today. However there were cartons/plastic bottles of milk there, likely fewer than normal.

Tragic twist: Aussie teen’s suspicious death in Thailand fuels family’s heartfelt repatriation quest
Likely the family or the kid will be blamed for going to Koh Tao in the first place. However excellent chance he did not know any better. That is what massaging the media to protect tourism will do, people just do not know.

RFK Jr. accused of antisemitism, racism after remarks about COVID, Ashkenazi Jews

Hunter Biden’s lawyer tells Trump posts are putting family in danger
Biden would have been far better. It takes a remarkable blowhard of a fool, to ignore US scientists and state department intel (about Wuhan), and buy into China's happy propaganda during the first months of the Wuhan virus. He did that, while claiming it would all go away once summer came. After it did not just 'go away', he used it to divide the nation. Instead of pulling people together he set them at loggerheads and encouraged a fight; culture wars. You have to go back to Warren G Harding to find someone as inept & incompetent. At least that old geezer died while in office.

Heavy Rain Warning Issued for July 16-20
That must be some Chiang Mai suburb you live in. While their forecasts have been generally wrong, yesterdays late afternoon squall line was a nice dump. Good to get a serious downpour rather than those middle of the night thunder & lightning line squalls from this last week. Those did fill the moats to brimming though.

Biden says sending cluster munitions to Ukraine was ‘difficult decision,’ but ‘they needed them’
Russia uses cluster munitions, in the past and in their current war in the Ukraine. They have used them far more extensively than the Ukraine in this current war. Ex KGB agent, Vlad Putins Russia, is only getting, what they give. Good call, Joe.

Body of Missing German Businessman Hans Peter Mack Found Dismembered in Freezer in Pattaya Rental Home
The thought had crossed my mind. ???? There was another one five years back (?). Forget all the details but yes, dismembered body still in the freezer. You have to find a pig farm or make other plans. Bodies in the freezer have a nasty habit of coming back at you.

Fugitive British National Arrested in Thailand over £7m Fraud Case
Obsessed about the US aren't you. This is Thailand. FBI has no jurisdiction here, nor would they be permitted to run around arresting people here for crimes committed in Thailand. No idea how you think that is even possible.

Thai Senior Immigration Officer Vows to Purge the Country of All Overstayers Within Three Months
Search around your city/province for a print shop that makes laminated passport cards. One side has face page of your passport, the backside has a copy of your current visa, or extension. You can put in your wallet and police, hospitals, etc. are fine with it.
