  1. A very good reliable company, where it says others you can specify take body to XXXX Temple. When they came to register his death at our Amphur they asked to pick up some of his clothes so they could dress him for his cremation. Their cost included a basic coffin. They did all the running around in BKK to embassy, death cert and releasing the body from police forensics.
  2. Sorry to hear of your loss, have they sent his remains to BKK for autopsy? This company will sort out all the paperwork for sending the remains home/death cert/ and registering the death in the Amphur where he lived, and releasing his body I used them here on the death of a friend, excellent company very professional. English spoken and keep contact all through. Sorry I can only suggest contacting your Embassy about the Visa. Where it says other I put to return body to our local Wat. we organized the cremation.
  3. So nice to read such lovely posts, I'm off tomorrow to do my M E for the 9th time at LN IO work that one out geniuses. Took the Photos yesterday, cleaned the car today, will leave home at 8.30am. 2morro.
  4. As for difficulties opening a Thai Bank account, once you have your Thai marriage Cert or KR2 , going along to a bank with this and your wife may help, they may want a Letter Of Residence from Immigration, the Insurance BKB offers so you can open an account is nothing more than a scam IMO no banking laws say you have to.
  5. Now get out of that house in the barracks Tu Tu, It's mine all mine.
  6. So I have to buy a True-Dtac sim and keep it topped up to enjoy this offer by True-Dtac. How AMAZING.
  7. I'm so Amazed I might not recover in time to take advantage. 😲
  8. I have never been charged by customs for anything from China. (COD)
  9. Do you have a Thai bank Account in your name with 400,000 Baht? Seem like a little detail you have missed out.
  10. I can only recommend one in Chanthaburi (advance driving school) Their cars duel control spread over 3 days not consecutive 20hrs tuition, they even take them out on the roads not just their circuit, (their circuits even has a roundabout) they take them for the medical, and when they have passed their test, to the LT Office to collect their license. I couldn't belief how good they were, around 5-6k. My wife passed the computer test questions first time, I was a bit sus and said did they help you "No" (they are given booklets to swat up to take home) I asked what happens if you fail a part of the test. Keep doing it till you get it right, what if you fail say the questions all day? "Go back tomorrow" . Then there is a dedicated day to take the test. They even took us and showed us to a cheap motel near by. 👍🏻
  11. I had one fail on a 6yr old Nissan Juke cost me 6k from Nissan, it lasted 14 months (I had a big row with Nissan over that). I then brought one from a FB Battery shop under 2K 4years later still works fine.
  12. I forgot one other thing to check, make sure the electric radiator fan comes on when you turn on the A/C I have had those fail on both cars
  13. Trust me it is something you don't want to get, at least 3 weeks in an isolation room and a year of taking bucketful's of meds every day.
  14. I give anyone in a face mask a wide berth, they may have TB and are still contagious very prevalent in Thailand.
  15. NO. on cabbage ? 🤮🤮🤮
  16. I had the same problem on my newer car, not cold on idle, 500b for re-gas solved it, straight away. just saying I would take it to a car A/C place first if you haven't tried that already. I couldn't believe the difference. They didn't even check for gas leaks, and when they had finished, he just felt it they didn't even use a thermometer. still good 2 yrs later. Yes dealers are rip off prices. Thai for not cold =Mia Yen, is normally enough for them to understand. Ow gas new crap.
  17. What is wrong with the old one? On Lazada less than 7k but looks like no clutch/pully fitted. Have you actually asked Honda how much?. I would try another workshop.
  18. Apologies if I posted the following before; I didn't the owner was that bad
  19. I had a new one fitted to my old NV, My local mechanic/workshop ordered it, around 4 days to arrive, they have contacts here in Thailand, they fit them on a regular basis I have no Idea where it came from, not like the original (bigger) as a different size belt was fitted, I don't think I paid more than 4k all up, after 5yrs still OK.
  20. $1,000 are you serious $1,000 USD? 34,000 baht. or is that just how much you need in your bank book, how much does the 'Agent' want?
