Reiki
Reiki should not involve any touching, the hands should be very close but not touching, and you should feel heat in that area, it is supposed to be used for healing, pain, my Ex in OZ was into it, and I was very skeptical, out on a cattle station with the "matcho' men, One of the workers had had a back ache/injury for years apparently, anyway he asked the ex to try it out on him, He came to work the next day and announced to all, she never touched me and all the pain has gone. Next one had a very swollen cheek from a tooth ache, the swelling went down overnight. The next one was the most interesting, one family there had a young son with bad epilepsy and ADHD he wouldn't sit still for 1 min or look you in the eye, just to look at the water pump windmills turning would be enough to set him off. And every month they would take him to the city an 8hr drive away for an MRI scan. Ex was asked again (she had to check if it was OK to do on kids with her Reiki Master). They came to our place and within seconds he was laying still. On returning to the specialist in Perth, he said I don't know what you have been doing, but he has improved going by the scan. Summery; It does not heal, but alleviates the pain/sickness, the theory, is everything in the universe has energy and you must channel it, Reiki therapists, can take on the pain and must shake their hands away from themselves after to be free of it. Yeh I thought it was all gobbledygook till I witnessed all this. There are stories that a car with a flat battery can be started, now that I think is complete BS.

Are farangs inadvertently colonizing Thailand?
And Chinese Temples are all over the country, even more than the Russians that have a Church in Every City, there is even one on Koh Chang.

Are farangs inadvertently colonizing Thailand?
Are you aware of "The Battle of Koh Chang" WW2 when the French thought they could take Thailand even though the Germans had already invaded France, technically the French won, but the Thais sunk some of their ships and hightailed it back to Cambodia, as they knew there would not get any new war ships. Now the Chinese have a Naval base there although this is denied by Cambodia.

A Local good news story for a change
I have one 1,000 liter tank raised just high enough for it to enter the bathroom, we only have a single story house, just the old way of throwing cold water over you, going without a shower for a day won't kill you, If there is no water the toilet just doesn't get flushed just one of those small bowls of water gets thrown in, and maybe a splash of bleach. Luckily our water is normally back in a day. Have even used the 20ltr water bottles for washing up.

A Local good news story for a change
We always keep an emergency bin full of water in our toilet for such occasions, just to clean ourselves. If there was no supply and my tanks ran dry, then I would have to pay for a water tanker.

Bugging devices discovered in MCOT headquarters
And the question begs how did they know they were being bugged? Who did what in that boardroom?
-
Bugging devices discovered in MCOT headquarters
As stated in the full story, those found involved will be dismissed, so can you work that out? Or the cleaner could have been paid by someone outside.

install water line in tunnel under concrete walk
You may have to twist the 'leader' pipe back and forth to help clear it so have some method in mind to do that, like vice grips.

Thailand police, and ridiculous statements
Agree unless someone is injured, their not bothered, even camera footage, could only bring a charge and small fine, also OP doesn't tell us whether she was driving a car or M/C. I was indicating a left turn one day when a M/C undertook me, she came tumbling off then picked up her bike and drove off. That was the day I brought a dash cam.

O Ext (M) @ CW - No Drama
Just out of interest, do you have to supply glossy photos and stick them to their A4s? and did you have to fill TM7 forms, repeating all the same info on the first page of your passport? front and back, as I did in Trat, also a new thing for me/us was now we both have to be in the photo they take at the desk.

Pay tax at DLT office
His bike is only 2yrs old so doesn't need testing, but I would still use a testing center, my car is tested and finished before I've completed the insurance paperwork, I don't hang around they send it all back to my home 50b extra for EMS in a couple of days. Sometimes they can not do it the same day as the DTL office are to busy.
