  4. I came out in a very similar rash, when dealing with a friends death here, I knew it was stress related, but the doctors and allergy doctor, kept telling me it was bacteria. Anti histamine did help.

  11. So what if the deceased owed money to someone? which is the point of probate, does that mean taking the beneficiary to court to try and get their money?
  12. The Krungsri bank gave me a very detailed reply in an email on how my wife can get my money after I die, even with no will in place. I can't remember all the details but. Take my death cert to local family court wait for probate letter, (maybe up to 3mths.) Take letter, death cert, my bank book, PP to them. As I posted on the many forums before.
  13. If and Might. When my father died with a will, and owing no money to anyone, it still went for probate.
  14. Surely it is much easier for a Thai partner to gain access from a Thai bank on your death.

  21. Grace removals are number one in Australia, guess how I found out. But sarcasm aside they were the ones that delivered my heavy toolboxes in Darwin, that were shipped from the UK. The guy even refused a tip saying it's my job.
