  1. Last night I watched the old movie 1984, again, that book was banned here for a while, the thought police etc. Then Prayuth read it and "liked it". Prayuth even opened up places for 'Attitude adjustment' something that remains in my memory and always will about Him 'the ministry of truth' also in that movie was so apt, of Pinocchio. Big Brother my ass.
  2. I presume your talking about FB. Nah I ain't bothered with that <deleted>.
  3. You have to give every screw/bolt a wiggle to see if any are lose, and see if those rusted and probably sized threads will tighten any before they break off. ???? Also the rubber washers could be <deleted>d Another option would be to remove the lower middle sections and see if there is any evidence where it starts. Use a hose also. Do you not have access to the roof space, with a good torch when its raining. IMO the ridge tile cement won't leak unless a real strong wind drives the rain up.
  4. My friend has a manual same age its still fine, but he drives like an old woman 55555
  5. still i had about 15yrs from it and i brought it for 100k+20k for LPG conversion.
  6. I have all the service records, but as most do, stop using Nissan dealerships (and others) after a few years becoz of their exorbitant prices for new parts, and getting people to sign for unnecessary parts, like cabin filters that can be just cleaned, one prime example Nissan air cleaner 1,100 baht, from Lazada 198b delivered. but have records of oil changes/filters etc. One thing I forgot to mention about car prices, of around 2013, Yingluck removed purchase tax for new cars, but you could not sell it for 2 yrs which IMO is why cars around that time are cheaper to buy..
  7. Its an automatic, that is quite a specialist job, unlike a manual, I already paid a garage 8k "to fix it" it came back Exactly the same. now he says 30k more, went to another garage and have no doubt in my mind it will be the same result, I repeatedly told them it needs a new, second hand, or recon box, and how much would that be, "we don't know have to look first''. These places have a lot of knowledge as to where parts can be sourced from, but i just couldn't get them to enquire on a price. Plus this year the LPG tank is 10 yrs old 4k+ for that. I'd be happy to sell it for spares has a carboy cover too.
  8. My Lotus has.
  9. Mine is the Sport smaller wheels goes like a rocket, It is the first automatic I have owned and living on KC a manual was not an option for me with these hills. 'er indoors learnt with it on our land and sneaking out at 6am to practice. Naughty lady.
  10. I agree entirely, My car is a Nissan Juke the CVT elastic band effect takes some getting used too, its a bit of a bummer having to to change that oil every 30k as I do . The old NV gearbox is stuffed as I said, I've never known an Auto box to break only the torque converter in all my 55yrs years as a mechanic, but this one has. It also did 0-100 in 8.3sec on gas A/C running. It seems all new auto cars are now CVT.
  11. Running to the loo every morning is my exercise. Evening stretching for my beer.
  12. Not only that, the dealer put it in my name, and delivered it to KC ferry from Chonburi (my wife is a extremely slow driver not used to heavy traffic) after we'd been to see it they also changed the oil & filter a lot of service and finance records, I got it for mrs B. A really nice car to drive. Hopefully as good on fuel as the specs say. her old 23yr old Nissan NV still runs fine, unfortunately not in reverse on the slightest incline. auto box is stuffed, I need about 50k for that and the LPG tank needs replacing, so sad really it was my first car here. Can still use it to run a 500watt inverter when have power cuts.
  13. Try Mussel relax tablets (have you been stressed over something). A good pharmacist should help.
  14. Ooops sorry my bad its a MARCH
  15. Ok then how old is your boyfriend?
  16. The Point of the thread was to know when to hand over the money. The one i brought is gasoline. I suggest you click on the link by chickenslegs. That is a 2012 in this vid I didn't think they even made an EV back then.
  17. That's the normal way. (I was thinking 400b to center point the other ferry is closer to airport. )
  18. Thanks I don't understand why this doesn't just continue on, as now there is no continuity in comments.
  19. Agree I've used both brands and never had a problem, my theory is why pay premium price, when in Theory in this climate tyres should be changed every 4 yrs. But I guess it depends if you do high mileage or not. I don't.
  20. Just noticed the beginning of this thread is not here, I started this last week.
  21. Not sure why you need to know but. Nissan leaf sport only 117,000klm 2013 198k a new tyres/oil delivered to Koh Chang ferry.
