  5. I agree you are Jack. no offence intended.
  6. So where is the Photo of him "Bowing" ? Not that I like the guy, but to be fair he towers over her, he would have to bend to kiss her hand.
  7. I don't think he kissed her ring, but it seems many would like to.
  8. And yet so far most members here, have put a laugh emoji. Much ado about nothing. Comes to mind
  9. And yet he does not even have 10k GBP that's pretty much naff all. Will she pay for his flight? Edit; will his wife top up his personal Thai bank account in 10 months time. does she have kids.
  10. So the wife will pay all power bills, water, gas, rent or does she own a house or apartment, internet, home repairs, will buy him western food when he is bored with Thai food, replace electrical goods when needed, washing powder, dreaming he is.
  11. And where is your "friend'' going to get 400k in 10 months after the monies gone? will his wife support herself and him? Good luck with that.

  13. IMO all plugs are just temporary it needs a proper patch on the inside.
  14. Rather aggressive response, no need to SHOUT. So YOU don't know what type of surgeon which was my question.
  15. Trat Hospital has a very up to date new building , with new technology and good staff, The Specialists are from BKK private hospital and only work certain days of the week there.
  16. Normally That is the problem, see a gen. doc. one day, who will give some type of meds. And given an appointment to go back on what ever day the specialist works there, IME normally from a private hospital, who will then tell you to come back whatever day he operates, (or tell you' oh you need to come to My hospital it needs special tools BS) as my hospital is at least a 2hr (and ferry) trek I'd rather cut out the first general GP, knowing what type of specialist is req. then with a phone call i can find out. Thanks.
  17. Plastic rules, cheap n cheerful, many sizes and types, available at hundreds of plastic shops everywhere. but then I don't run a restaurant or need to impress anybody. No insult intended, just saying.
  18. Hi, I broke a finger some 40+ years ago, and never treated, it has steadily got worse, bending now ,causing skin peeling on adjacent fingers, where it rubs and the nail damages the skin too, I don't think it could be broken and reset now, and was thinking of getting the first section amputated, it pushes all the fingers together and can become really itchy and can become intense ( I have some allergy cream that stops it). I want to use a Govt. hospital who would probably call him a hand doctor, but what is the correct terminology for such a doctor/specialist? It can be bent straight easily sometimes a crack can be heard.
  19. I miss the thumbs down.
