But not for motorbike accidents without the required helmet, licence or insurance, or drunk.

Do you not notice aggressive Chinese, Russians and Thais on their bikes, as opposed to 'an aggressive Pom'?

Please read where I said 'or anyone for that matter'. Why would a boy from Manchester (City) have a 'racist stance on Brits'

We don't all need educating in 'Business abbreviations'. When in the future (ITF) will you be using it again (UIA).

You are not 'Left Here in Thailand' That's your decision. If you want to be where all your dead family and friends once lived, then go back there.

Of course, because their 'Parents' are Loaded. How would it be for a Thia child lumbered with a same-sex Thai teenage couple of 'not normal' parents?

All my friends and family are dead .... I'm left here in Thailand
No, I am just saying what a lot of other members would like to. I remember most of my passed on family and friends with fondness, and the good times we had together, instead of drowning it in Changs and boring us all on AN with your sadness. Get to grips Steven.

Why did you not type 'in accordance with' in your first sentence, instead of having to add a PS to tell us all what it means?

Booking a Train
No, I guess she meant 40% to P'lok, another 20% to N S, and the rest, plus any getting on at P'lok or Ns, go to Bkk. Still pretty stupid.

Ha ha ha. Any Brit, or anyone for that matter, who drives a motorbike without a helmet, unqualified and pi55ed, deserves all that happens to them. The British Embassy isn't going to help them out in any way.

Has anyone managed to file the FIRST 90 day report online?
Yes, I did Online via Phitsanulok IO.

Why concentrate on Foreign Tourists. Apply it to everyone as there are more Thais killed or maimed than us lot.

Using Wise to pay for things
I don't think you can. The GBP must be converted to THB somewhere along the line, so I do it myself, bit by bit over the month when the rates seem good, and make sure there is enough THB on the 1st of the month to transfer to satisfy Mr IO.

Why is Abbreviation such a long word? 5555 And why use Latin abbreviations for example, ie. eg. NB. etc. etc.
-
Using Wise to pay for things
No. Wise will automatically convert from say GBP to THB, or any other major currency, without your intervention. Not enough THBs, then they will top it up from your GBP balance. As a slightly off topic post, at 6am this morning I transferred GBP 1000 from Nationwide to Wise = 5 seconds, then converted to THB, another 5 seconds, and sent it to my Bkk Bank account, as long term stay purpose. As always, it arrived as an International Transfer at 14.02 this afternoon. No problems with Wise at all.

Booking a Train
My bro and his wife want to get a train from Chiang Mai to visit me in Phitsanulok, on Sunday 9th February. On checking online, both he and I did it, it says that the tickets are not bookable. So today I went to P'lok Station and asked, first a young girl in the booking office. Brought up the needed date and time on her computer and said, 'Cannot, it is Full'. Another older lady took me to her window, said the young girl was new to the job, where she checked the same journey with "yes you can book it, but need copies of both the passenger's passports, and must book, and pay for, from Ch Mai to Nakon Sawan, but get off at P'lok. When I questioned this she said that only 40% of the passengers want P'lok, 60% want N Sawan and the rest go on to Bangkok. Hey, it's only Bht 477 per pax so not arguing over a few Baht, but what a silly way to run a railway, eh?
