Yuk. You obviously do not appreciate a good cup of tea. One Yorkshire bag in a mug for 5 minutes, for me, is perfect, none of this cheap skate 2 for 1. I have loose Yorkshire tea leaves, two teaspoons in my 2 cup sized teapot is also great.

Yes, one letter saying the account is yours, up to date Bank Book also showing Foreign transfer and 12 month statements stamped by a bank official, PC downloads are not accepted I have been told, but never tried. I do not think that the Wise statements are considered, although I may be wrong, anyone used them?

I probably shall do after my next Extension in December, that's if they will open one for me. Luckily, these two smallish transfers today were to 'test the system', my big one being on 1st of each month. I chatted with someone at Wise who thanks me for my patience and understanding (555) and wil 'sort it out 'in 24 hours. Let's wait eh. I do apologise to all other members to whom I have replied with my positive experiences. It hasn't this time.

The Transfer Confirmation from Wise shows it was sent via Kasikorn. How does one call or email Wise?

Whooo. Just did two Bht 2000 transfers from WISE THB account to my Bkk Bank just to check the system. For one I put personal expenses, the other Long Term Stay. Both coded as DEP TRF FR E-CH, whatever that means. Yet Monday's bigger transfer was FTT. WTF is going on I wonder?

I use both PC or Phone app, whichever is handy. Always FTT.

In my previous reply I did say that my transfer and Bank Book was Bangkok Bank. Has anyone any idea, or reasons why other Wisers do not get the codes needed for IO. Obviously, if the transfer is not for Immigration purposes, or for buying property, the reason is immaterial. I did one last month for 'Family Expenses' and it too arrived as an FTT. Strange.

Did my 90 day report online yesterday. Confirmation and slip to keep in my passport took 6 hours.

I get two six month statements each year from Bkk Bank. All my transfers say International Transfer online, FTT in my book and on statements from the bank.

ALL my WISE UK transfers to Bangkok Bank arrive as International Transfers, FTT in your bank book. Did one this week for my IO requirement. As always, it arrives just after 14.00 on the following day as it is noted as Long Term Thailand Stay.
