Qualifing for an education visa is a dubious activity. Agents seem to smooth out any wrinkles.But the point is a bank account cannot be opened without a visa to transfer funds at Bangkok bank. No banking restrictions for most of the countries mentioned.An earlier post ask the questions i was addressing. An average citizen is indeed their government.They are the sons and daughters that make up their militia. What can a Russian change in Russia by coming to Thailand? They are cowards for not standing up to Putin for 25 years. There future will become more bleak with every passing day. Just my thoughts, but what do I know?

Education visas are the way most young Russians stay.There was talk recently the Thai government was cracking down on abuses.With the education visa in hand they head to Bangkok bank and open accounts where they can convert cash to pre loaded credit cards and transfer money directly from Russian bank accounts. Bangkok bank may be the only bank availible to them to do this.
