That is why they should have orinted and booked everybody and collect3d all of the evidence that would have provided at the time of arrest. The initial charge would be trespassing but they could have used physical evidence such as fingerprints to investigate more serious crimes such as breaking and entering, vandalism etc.

Horrific Rape & Killing of 12-year-old Texas girl: Men Charged
Cryingdick replied to Social Media's topic in World News
Asylum applicants need to be held until they are vetted and verified. No change in the law is required to do this. Also the fact they are "paroled" into the USA should tell you conditions can be set on where they go and what they do. I would welcome all asylum seekers and they can wait 5 or more years in Alaska while their case is being considered. There are plenty of land locked mountainous area that only border Canada to put them. Canada protects it's borders so there would be very little chance they return that way. I would tell them that it will take at least that long and if that isn't convenient for them: they can turn around and voluntarily cross back into Mexico of their own accord. During this time i would take DNA, fingerprints and insist they sign a document that says they have agreed to wave any claim to asylum in the future and they agree not to return.. In your other post you suggest the number if rapists, criminals, and murderers is a small number. It's like saying if you let two people in your house and one is a killer that's really a large percentage. Now if you let 10 million people in and only a few hundred thousand are bad it shouldn't be of concern. . i am not sure i have ever heard a sane explanation of why we need millions of unvetted people allowed in under fraudulent asylum claims.especially during the height of the pandemic. It's just straight up crazy. -
there is no small amount if irony in the fact that Stonehenge is famous largely because the people that built it didn't have access to machinery's or oil and produced less carbon than the vandals just did. It is a shining example of how we should all live free of fossil fuels. We will move everything by hand with levers.

I think from what I understand is that many were issued citations and not taken in. All of the participants should have been printed and booked and that would yield a lot of evidence. Confiscate the Palestinian costumes as evidence and then you have DNA. Now you will with 100% certainty be able to discern who was where.

Israel's Postwar Gaza Dilemma: Navigating Complex Choices

Trump won't be competitive in California. However it looks like Virginia and even Minnesota are now in play. I am from Minnesota and if you don't win there as a dem you have big problems. Like him or not Trump has run a much more disciplined campaign, has equaled or surpassed Biden's in cash on hand, and is ahead in the states that matter. At the end of the day Trump is beginning to appear in dem strongholds and some dems are losing their minds over it. AOC had the attitude if a gang leader defending her turf when Trump showed up there. Like he shouldn't do that. But for the sake of argument when has Biden showed up in deep red country? Oh that's right he finally visited East Palestine because he pretty much had to. If we stick to simple facts Trump isn't the one hiding out. He isn't holed up in some elder care facility in the woods taking 10 days to prepare for a 90 minute debate. Trump doesn't nor has he ever scurried away from the limelight. Put emotions aside and ask yourself out of the two who is afraid to show up anywhere? That said I am not sure Biden is self aware enough to be fearful of anything. It's the people around him and his supporters that are becoming very worried. Joe would challenge the entire crowd to a push up contest if it was written on a card. To his credit he has stopped doing that lately.

Fox Poll Has President Biden Taking a Slight Lead Over Trump
Cryingdick replied to Social Media's topic in World News
We already know Biden will win the popular vote nationally. That's not really news. It would be more interesting to see the latest polls from the only six states that will matter. -
Competition is fierce for housing and most of what you hear about squatting is yesterday's news.

One-Third of the World Still Criminalizes Same-Sex Acts
Cryingdick replied to Social Media's topic in World News
i am a gay guy that supports Palestinians and thir rights, so divided some of my land and let them in.sounds crazy right? They have been the best, humblest, down to earth people we have ever met. The only time we have ever had problems was a simple cultural dispute. One night they raped my wife and killed my baby children in an oven, cut off my wife's breast @s they raped her, took my kids hostage and uploaded it to the internet. Other than that everything is fine. -
Stormy Daniels Calls for Trump's Imprisonment Following Conviction
Cryingdick replied to Social Media's topic in World News
My post isn't so bizarre Bragg is famous for reducing felony charges that affect people in his district. Thats why you don't take the subway these days, unless you are Snake Pliskin. You suggested Evansville in another thread so i poked fun at it. Do yourself a favor and avoid Indiana. Lol -
Servicing the interest on the debt has surpassed our military budget.

Stormy Daniels Calls for Trump's Imprisonment Following Conviction
Cryingdick replied to Social Media's topic in World News
The reality is that any other possible felon in that district would be back on the subway the next day threatening elderly people with an axe or claw hammer. Evansville's you say? Lol -
Biden Admin to Announce Border Executive Action by Tuesday
Cryingdick replied to CharlieH's topic in World News
There wasn't a problem until Biden rescinded all of trumps executive order that's created a crisis that got us to that point. You already know this. Let's see what the EO is but if it is anything like remain in Mexico we can infer this crisis was made on purpose. Turns out that young people including , blacks and Hispanics aren't on board with having unvetted gang members living in their rec centers. If Biden walks it back now it is an admission of his failure to address the issue and creating a problem that didn't need to occur. -
the transcripts won't portray Joe one way or the other they will simply present the truth. The truth isn't pretty. This is why a man that has 34 felony convictions is still likely to win. lol I really hope that gets played up so if that hapoens that will be embarrassing to say the least. Joe should step aside as should trump.

You have $5,000 a month in the USA
Cryingdick replied to Cryingdick's topic in US & Canada Topics and Events
There may have been a time they weren't that bad. Now we if you aren't some RV fanatic and consider the "way of the road" your life's calling and admire your pee jug collection it seems sort of crazy. The USA has become small and after covid the competition for space is fierce. As in my case a camper makes sense if you have unrestricted land to park it on somewhere nice. I still wouldn't want to live in a camper more than a short stint at a time. I just got back from my spring trip up north and prices for anything not right on the main supply lines are brutal. I think the idea of being semi nomadic is pretty much dying out. it seems there is a fine line between being far out enough to get low rent and the price of other things. Amazon has been a game changer in that way as you don't need any big box store near you. the idea of getting your kicks on Route 66 and staying in mom and pop motels along the way is probably worse than purgatory, but slightly better than hell. so my observation is many people are say8ng it is enough money for a good or even great life but give very few examples of where, why or how. So my question isn't that crazy. -
