I think you will find SHA+ only applies to Phuket under the sandbox rules, many people opted for the SHA+ as a way to get back into Thailand as you are not quarantined in your hotel for 24 hours a day for 14 days, under the SHA+ you could go out all day you just had to be back in your hotel at night. Lots of people used this method, Like a friend of mine came from Australia who has a house here where he stayed all day but went back to the hotel at night Here's a link https://www.shathailand.com/

Aston Villa wanted it more. Congratulation to them. They fought as if their life depended on it. Well done to them. Our players were stressed on the ball all the time. Aston Villa played a really good game. Nothing to be sorry about, just accept the loss and come back stronger. Take it on the chin and get on with it and do everything we can to make sure it doesn't happen again. In football and other sports, these things happen. Aston Villa played a very high-risk game committing so many players high up on the pitch. We should have put them away in the first half but all attempts came to nothing. Gareth Southgate in the stands and suddenly Mason Greenwood wants to score all goals by himself. So many chances by many players, 28 shots, but nobody could bury the ball. It can happen. So now both Chelsea and City are equal and Liverpool have one point advantage. 32 matches left and we need to catch up one point, I think it is achievable. It is not a disaster, just an unpleasant imperfection of a team that is still trying to find its harmony. Marcus would probably have scored multiple times if he had been available. Overall, it is a very good team but we need to give them time to fine tune and learn to play together in a productive and efficient way. Don't worry, they will blow you away when they have been fine-tuned. -

Manchester United player ratings: David de Gea good but Fred poor vs Aston Villa Man Utd were beaten by Aston Villa's late goal at Old Trafford, followed by Bruno Fernandes' missed penalty, on a day when too many attacking players failed to perform. https://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/man-united-player-ratings-villa-21675159 -

I think it's down to appearance and attitude, If you turn up looking like you have just left the bar and not had a shave for a week, I have lived here for 25 years and if I have to go there I always make the effort, Thats just me

I had a bad feeling when I saw that lineup an hour before kickoff, and I'm not buying the <deleted> that it's only the Carabao Cup. My opinion is that England should have 1 cup like everywhere else but that's just my opinion; here's the fact of the situation - City have won this thing 4 seasons running because they know it can be a springboard that motivates the team into going onto win the league 2 months later. It becomes useless to talk down a trophy when we are looking at 5 years without 1. Eleven changes was shocking, the way those changes played was shocking, the smiles from Ole at the end were shocking, and compared to last week in Bern to me this result was more shocking. Needlessly out of a cup at the first hurdle
