Obviously a breakdown in communications here, I would say all hotels use a Channel Manager and Vacation Rental Software, The hotel should have received a booking conformation via Channel Manager, the multi booking platform has failed to function, even so the hotel admin will have received an email for every booking from the OTA, (ONLINE TRAVEL AGENTS) My experience Thai's are not good at answering emails, I have had a few experiences where my request have not been answered,

I think Prime Burger is location specific, We have eaten at a few branches in Phuket and always enjoyed our burgers and fries, until we went to the one in the old central, we were both very disappointed, to start with all the tables were dirty nobody had cleaned up, plenty of staff there so no excuse, obviously nobody supervising, The meal we had was the worst we have ever had in a PB place, the bacon was over cooked it seemed like it had been cooked them warmed up when we ordered, infact everything was over cooked, we were really sorry we didn't drive back to the Rawai/Chalong branch on Fishermans way, we know next time to avoid that place.

I'm afraid I have to apologize, I was in the lift last night and there is a certificate I never noticed it before it was high up on the lift wall in the corner,

They would take no notice of me, Thats one of many issues I could find fault with in the building, One funny one, at one side of the building to get to one of the car parks there is a ramp, so now you think thats great for people with a wheel chair or walking aid, when you get to the bottom of the ramp there is 3 steps,

Maintenance is not high on the list in Thailand, If it ain't broke then don't fix it, As for building regulations they are a few years behind,

My wife owns a condo and in eight years I have never seen a certificate anywhere, I was wondering is there some regulation about how many lifts there should be per units, One lift is serving 160 units, from what I can see they are getting well used at the moment,
