I viewed a few properties in HH around this time last year, after the first 2020 lockdown.

The agent also gave me the same spiel then, business had been amazing and lots of Bangkokians were suddenly buying up HH properties.

 

Strange then that the 3 places I viewed are still on the market a year later !

Must agree down here at Ban Chang the constant rhetoric from agents about buying before the expected boom following the completion of the motorway link is beginning to wear a little thin properties with price drop after price drop still on market for months, aint that the truth of it all.

Obviously you have led a blameless life never suffered at the hands of criminals, if you had you would know how the feeling of violatoin after finding your the victim of the scum that enter other people's private property to go through their belongings at take what thet want, I have in my lifetime worked very hard to provide myself with nice things to enhance mine and my family's lives to be the victim of a burglary which I have suffered 4 times in my time is a terrible feeling and if I was ever to this day get my hands on the vile miscreants by Christ they wouldn't half get a good beating,  never judge a man til you have walked in his shoes.

They are of no consequence whether Thai or foreigner, just talking to my Thai friend down here at Ban Chang, her vaccination appointment for today was cancelled 3 days ago, no vaccine available, not just foreigner that is unimportant here in Thailand. 

Pattaya, only place in Thailand where it's safer to walk in the road. ????????????

How about comparing UK, America or your home countries figures before saying how poorly Thailand is handling things?

They had a 12 month period spent slapping themselves on the back and thinking the country was too warm for Covid to have any affect totally deluded which is why it's the basket case we now see, with a total collapse of the economy imminent whilst tourism is opening up in Europe.
