Hi All, I was away working for a few months and missed the opportunity to extend my 2021 extension based on retirement. I am back since Dec 16th on a 45 day extension and wish to get a 30 day so I can extend that for 1 year based on retirement. I am expecting to start a new work assignment in February so am hoping I can complete the process before I leave. How soon can I apply for the 30day extension? Last time I did the extension was in 2021 has anything changed requirements wise? Thanks

Obviously you have never smoked pot. Stoned people don't get in pickups and drive at high speed. Drunks do that, high people are the opposite they drive too slow on their way to the nearest fast food restaurant to satisfy the munchies, then fall asleep. Marijuana also doesn't make people violent like some drunks get, they are way too chill for that, scoffing down food is their goal.

There are a couple of mini 1 ton excavators for sale in the kingdom. T-Rex and Komochi probably the same machine branded differently. They are only a bit over Baht 200k new I was thinking it would be fun to have one at our farm (play Minecraft for real LOL). I see photos on one of the websites showing a farang taking possession of one. Has anybody on bought one and can give me insight on owing it?
