@Brian,
SCB easy banking via laptop is already a few years not avalible anymore. You have to install the mobile app and, with the same paswoord and login it will work.
Surprised the staff at the bank didn't know this.
The most safe way to intall the app is: you do it at the bank en not via internet. So you are 100% sure you have the right one.

This law exist since 1972, so it is not new at all.
It looks many people doesn't kow the difference in between making a 'tax declaration' and 'paying tax.' Depending on the agreement between your home country and Thailand you shall have to pay or not to pay but you have to do a tax declaration. All the rest I read here is nonsens..

This question is not relevant. You even cannot survive with this ammount, even you live as a very poor man. But, and this is more important: how do you think to fullfil the financial immigration requierments with NO INCOME??? You will stay 14 years illegal in Thailand?
That will be a solution when they cath you and will be locked up in the BKK Hilton: there you can stay for free.

I do my 90d reports, since the beginning of online repoting, always onine.
Never ever had a problem with it. It never has been rejected.
It is very easy complaining it is not working well but most it is because the user doesn't do it correct.
For the items as province, district-tambon.....: Use the automatic seach windows.
what a horrible adventure to even try to register for e-tax filing
in Jobs, Economy, Banking, Business, Investments
I advise people to NOT use the online declaration because it is not made for foreigners yet. An English PND90 you can easily find on the official RDT website.
The first declaration is not easy at all. So do it just the way I did it: you go to the tax office and ask them to complete it. If they don't do, you go the first time to an adviser. You take a copy of it and next time you can do it yourself. You only have to update the amounts.
By the way: doing a declaration doesn't mean pay tax. Ir will be dependent on the agreement between your country and Thailand.
