  1. Why would I, it's working perfectly. 🙂
  2. My 2 sons are under strict instruction to let nature take its course. Passing away is natural, it happens to everyone. I've made it to old age and am happy with my life both past and present. My sons will be well taken care of and will be secure throughout their life. Why waste money trying to change nature when the end result is the same either way, and the chances are the company will wriggle its way out of it and the money you spent might as well have been flushed down the toilet.
  3. Thankfully he isn't smiling and my iPhone screen is still unshattered.
  4. You think cocaine is made in Thailand?
  5. Private insurance companies will do everything they can not to pay out. You might as well have flushed your money down the toilet.
  6. So far this has brought a scooter battery back from the dead, and indicated the car battery has half full, which it is now trickle charging, and will do so for 6 or so hours twice a week.

  8. Live in a house wrapped in cotton wool. Never venture outside.
  9. The worry alone makes me sick.
  10. Foreigners can be left land in a Thai will, after 12 months the land office can sell it and keep 5% of the selling price if it hasn't been sold or transferred to a Thai within the 12 month period.
  11. His wife will be living with him at that stage. Get an extension based on your work permit and contract. Your new job is providing all work permit and visa extension services yes? If you ever want or need to change, simply get the next extension on marriage as you will be living together. 🙂
  12. Get an extension based on your employment. You are legally employed with work permit and contract?
  13. You can be left the property in a will, but if you don't transfer it to a Thai within 12 months the land office can sell it at a price they see fit and keep 5% of the sale. A usufruct gives you full rights of the property until you die, and costs the same a bowl of tom yam goong.
  14. Excuse me, the owner can sell the property but the usufruct stays in place until death. https://www.samuiforsale.com/real-rights/usufruct-property-rights.html https://www.samuiforsale.com/family-law/usufruct-in-a-thai-marriage.html Another use is if the foreigner survives their Thai spouse.
  15. Arrested by police that paid to pass the police entrance exam?
  16. My usufruct is listed until death, stamped on the title deeds. The owner is Thai, stamped on the title deeds. The usufruct, stamped on the title deeds means that the property cannot be sold, transferred or used as collateral without legal consent. If you do give legal consent, the new land owner still doesn't have the rights to the property until you are removed, either by death or by legal consent.
  17. Nonsense. Thais are the best friends money can buy.
  18. With added risk of staying alive but as a vegetable.
  19. How often do you use it for a regular 1 year old battery? I'm thinking maybe twice a week for a few hours.
  20. I have bought ordered this one. Thanks Neal.
  21. 8.900 on lazada. That's around 3 batteries and maybe 8 years of driving.
  22. Thanks. Does Mr DIY also sell trickle chargers?
