True, but in Pattaya they made these "free sterilization promotion" at least twice last year.
Ok, more than I know. However, that must just be even better then.

As far as my experience goes, this is something that they offer once a year in almost all provinces. However, all do not have a special bus for it.

No, he is not rude! He is just trying to help many of you to understand what he is looking for. It´s you that are rude, to not take the time to understand before answer.

Why need ask!? Go and buy! Good you get notice why this "free day" is here. I like when my wife is in white uniform! She is sexy like always, now look like virgin lol
Yes, and you should be happy she is not reading your posts on TV.
To the OP: There is never a ban on alcohol. It´s just depends on what you buy and where you can buy it?

I wonder how the heck someone can get bruised eyes if they fall on their forehead?

Okay! That´s clear evidence that amulets might not be as good protection as many believe.

It's even sadder when you give incorrect layman's advice to the Thai authorities when you clearly don't understand how any process of getting him back here works.
You seem to assume that the UAE would want to co-operate with an "RTP delegation" in Bangkok and then detain Vorayuth in Dubai where he has committed no offences.
Yes, with the right kind of diplomacy they would do.

They're not all shown on Interpol's website; international police forces don't need to get their information from a website.
No, of course not. They just have that open register for fun, and only show the public that are supposed to report if they see any of the wanted people a small fraction of them.
That probably make sense in your world. Please do inform when you once again will enter reality. The only place you can enter without visa during the Covid-19 pandemic.- 1

Dropping a bomb that has such payload, designed to penetrate about 5 meters of (reinforced)concrete before detonation, doesn't make a lot of sense to drop on a ship, as it would just go thru the hull - well except maybe the Tirpitz ????
You seem to have no clue what you are talking about. Tallboy and Grandslam was made by the same guy and used by RAF during the second world war. This is not a bomb you use on ships. It´s a nasty piece that goes into the ground before it explodes and create an earthquake effect.

Really? 3 kids, a widower and no work as well as he been catching HIV. This guy seem to really know how to mess up his life.
I assume it´s his children. Are they free from HIV? If it is his children, then they are also UK citizens. The best this guy can do is to go back home and take the children with him.He should also know that a person starting a life abroad, always should have something to fall back on. The smallest safetynet is always tickets home for him and family.
This guy just let is spiral out of control and get to far before waking up.

You're right -- except the loonie left is in the process of defunding the police, so you'll now get a "line disconnected" when you call the police (or dial 911). For the fortunate few who live in gated communities, yeah, hiring armed security guards might do. But for the rest of us, who have worked hard and live in upscale -- but ungated communities -- I guess we'll now have to buy firearms -- to defend ourselves against the ne'er do wells, who will now be emboldened by the lack of a police force to keep the thugs off our property. The McCloskeys are just a sign of things that, sadly, will now come about with the demise of law and order by the touchyfeelies.
But, this was about a gated community. Nothing else!
What the heck is "touchyfeelies"???? Something the cowards that need a gun made up?

Nobody is going to the UAE without an appropriate UAE Visa! They certainly ain't gonna let some Thai cops turn up and wander around at will.
You seem pretty clueless on the mechanisms of diplomacy and law enforcement. So I doubt anyone with an ounce of sense would take you advice on how to do their job.
Did I say that they should let the Thai cops turn up and wander around at will. To me the only one that seems clueless is you regarding reading and understanding.
If you are going post slur that I have not been mentioning in a reply to me, please refrain. -

This means nothing. UAE is a despot nation, and they will hide, shelter, or protect anyone with wealth. Morality is never a consideration for them. There is no extradition treaty with Thailand, or the US, for that matter. Helps them to protect the Thaksins, and the goombah Yoovidhyas of this world.
Thailand has never been serious about getting either of these guys back here. The red notice means nothing. There is no intent behind it, and most nations do not honor Thailand, nor it's government. The lack of law and order, and a free, open, and fair electoral process has it's price, in world politics.
No respect. Period. Ask, and you shall not receive. Be serious, take yourselves seriously, behave like serious people governing a nation properly, and there is at least a chance others will take your seriously, also.
By the normal standards of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF), a recent report into attempts by the United Arab Emirates to combat money laundering and terrorist financing is damning, to say the least.
The report highlights several major weaknesses in the UAE’s anti-money laundering framework. Not least, a chaotic approach to registering companies, making it incredibly difficult for law enforcement to find out who is actually behind a suspicious company registered in the Emirates. Ludicrously, 39 different registries operate across the seven Emirates; our research shows that the only effective system for tackling financial crime is to have a single, central register.
Thanks for delivering the obvious information. It was interesting, though ????

Yes but you are missing the point of them sending a letter, it takes time, give the little p+++k time to up sticks and vanish elsewhere.
What???? Are you saying that yet another envelope has changed hands, Colin? ????
On the other hand, you are probably right. These guys are so dumb, that they would not even succeed to <deleted> it up without clear instructions and a little harmless incentive.

Ridiculous people! Send a letter? You send a delegation to the UAE Embassy, and with a confirmation that he is living in UAE also send a delegation to apprehend him in cooperation with the UAE authorities. It´s really sad when ordinary people like me have to tell you how to do your work, boys.

I can not get this together. Need help! I someone as a navy diver tries to defuse a bomb, then they must be working with the bomb. How can they then be outside the danger zone?
Sure, it´s nice to read no one was injured or died. The question is if we can believe it.
