I never said a no confidence vote would be put forward, i was responding to someone else that posted that. My reply was about him winning as PM if he were nominated which was the original posting. You jumped in to the middle of the postings As for a no confidence vote, it would need to pass and I highly doubt he would lose a no confidence vote. The clause isn't necessary or required but doesn't hurt. Once you write the new will, sign, date and have it witnessed it renders the older will null and void.

The notary is for your signature. Its not absolute necessary but is recommended along with the witness

I must not have been clear on my comment, sorry for that. Check to see if you have a connection from a neutral line that is run to a ground in the earth, not to an existing ground wire. That is a common way many thai "electricians" wired houses without ground wires in the circuits and it can play havoc when upgrading to a proper panel. It may not be your problem and as crossy said have a proper inspection done of the whole system
