The clause isn't necessary or required but doesn't hurt. Once you write the new will, sign, date and have it witnessed it renders the older will null and void.

The notary is for your signature. Its not absolute necessary but is recommended along with the witness

I must not have been clear on my comment, sorry for that. Check to see if you have a connection from a neutral line that is run to a ground in the earth, not to an existing ground wire. That is a common way many thai "electricians" wired houses without ground wires in the circuits and it can play havoc when upgrading to a proper panel. It may not be your problem and as crossy said have a proper inspection done of the whole system

You're wrong in your speculation of the airlines motive and just trying to make an excuse to blame the airlines. They don't practice denying boarding for the reasons you suspect. If the tear or damage is on the data page or near the enbeded encryption it is suspected of tampering. It sounds petty but people doing their job isn't cause for blaming for ridiculous reasons.

Not sure how a meter that is normally installed after the transformer is picking up usage from leaking ??? Or did they install the meter before the transformer? Either way that's a massive amount of usage. Something is not adding up here
