You may want to read up on victim abuse as its common for victims (women) to stay way past a point a rational person feels they should. I agree he's most likely an alpha male, at least in his mind, but the abuse like shown has little to no characteristic to someone into rough sex. One of the main issues involved is that the original account at the bank you used is closed. Many companies are great at receiving money via third party processors but have no process to issue money other than to reverse a transaction via the original processor. Several reasons for this, one main one being fraud avoidance on the carrier side. Im not making excuses for them as they should be able to find a solution as Im sure you are not the first and wont be the last one with this issue. I have personally had a couple of failed flights and always credited back quickly or given a voucher on my request. They have a facebook page also and you can post there for more visibility. I suspect once you show visibility they will find a way to solve this. I would try to work thru both the Doha main office and the Ireland contact. They do issue credits vouchers although if you're not flying again then it gets you 1/2 step backward.

If you have a "permanent" address back home that's you real address, unless you have something to hide you don't want them to see. Being in Thailand on a tourist visa isnt your real address for a background check as you're just a Tourist. If your applying for a remote job then I would give them both with an explanation that you have a permanent address and are currently visiting Thailand. Thats the truth and would be completely understandable and valid, especially if they uncover the facts of your address and current location and you didn't disclose it.

Anyone participating in a scheme like this without seeing the pitfalls either didn't do their homework or too gullible and should never invest in anything.

Sheryl, DDC has a Facebook page and you can send them a message with the appropriate info and ask for attention to your application. They have been very quick to respond and help with approvals that are time sensitive

I did. They opened it early and I completed mine and got a confirmation email afterward. Took 10 minutes only because I had to re-format 1 upload due to size. They also posted a message during the beginning of the submission that approvals will be within 48 hours

They knew the risks as they stated they planned since 2019 for the trip and canceled twice due to conditions so they have no excuse to claim ignorance only bad luck.

Actually there are a number of reports about this situation. The certificate is used to support you if you show a positive PCR test result after arrival. Its up to the doctor\health facility to determine if you quarantine or are released. They review the PCR test result to see if you return a low CT threshold result or a high CT result. A low CT result indicates a probable reinfection and a high CT result implies its just residual from your past infection. A probably reinvention result will probably send you to quarantine. You also need to bring a copy of your positive test result that the recovery cert was issued for.

The Sept 2022 date is for issuing new STV's to come to Thailand. As for the additional extensions after arrival that may be up in the air and subject to determination closer to that date. If I remember correctly the first time they issued this visa there was the same debate at the end date. The extensions were debated and implied they were not going to be issued after the ending date but then that visa type was continued so it became a non issue then. I decided against applying for this visa as a result of that uncertainty. I may be remembering wrong and Im sure someone else will also chime in on this. Hopefully they continue this visa as it does fill a gap but i dont think the volume of users has been very large.

I believe those 2 sections are activated by your selection earlier in the e-visa application under employment type and accommodation type. I just finished the evisa last week and those 2 sections werent required on my application. I'm retired and provided a hotel reservation for my earlier sections. Not sure what you selected in those sections you can go back and try editing those a see if those sections still show up.

The clogging problem will return over time if grease and oil continue to go down the drain. I suspect the clogging was amplified by the collapsing fibre drain line but certainly the grease and oil alone coat the interior of the pipes and slowly close off flow as well as catching debris that travels long the drain line Also cutting in vent line in the vertical drain line will add venting and is better than no vent but add the potential of clogging over time at the point of cut in due to debris catching and accumulating at that opening. If draining issues occur in the future one area to remember to check and clean out would be that vent line. Normal venting, properly installed, is done at the top of the waste line going up from the point the drain connection enters the waste line.

Thai plumbing is typically unvented or vented as you described, also a poor installation. The short runs outside provide minimal venting to the tanks outside. The length of the rise or height isnt really important although you may have smells since it sounds like it's just open piping. They make a one way valve for this situation called a no-vent valve. It fits on top of the open pipe and allows air to flow into the pipe when the water flows by creating a vacuum, but closes to stop exiting air\smell from escaping when no water flow is present
