He has a YouTube channel and the article gives his full name. It takes 30 seconds to find his "over-complicated butter chicken" video and see his face. Why do they bother to blur it in the photos in the article?

I read in the Spanish news that he was in a homosexual relationship with the guy he murdered but was actually heterosexual and just in it for the money. When the "chef" got bored and tried to get out of the relationship the doctor blackmailed him and threatened to tell his family if he did not stay. So instead of just saying "I don't care, tell them" he decided murder was the answer. Too bad for both of them that they could not sort out their little differences like gentlemen.

I know which one I would be paying first.

I am not afraid of death but would be very disappointed if it came too soon because I am really enjoying my life now. But then again, it would be hard to be disappointed if I am dead so in the end it does not matter. Perhaps my Thai wife might be disappointed, although with her inheritance she might be somewhat happy.

The only motorbikes I ever ride in Thailand are the Bangkok motorbike taxis, and then it is only for short SLOW rides where it feels relatively safe(ish). One time I went from Asoke to Din Daeng on the back of a motorbike taxi doing 80kph and felt a mixture or terror and thrill the whole trip. But I would NEVER do that again.

I am absolutely disgusted with Thailand sleazing up to two of the worst dictatorships on the planet, ruzzia and China. Money seems to beat morailty with Thais.

I only watch YouTube on my PC because trying to watch YouTube videos on my Android phone is infuriating. Not only the many ads but also the mutation they call a user interface on their phone version. No ads on my PC because of FireFox and the AdBlock Plus addon. I also download many videos using 4KDownloader if I think I ever want to watch them again, such as my favourite music videos. If on the rare occasion I want to watch YouTube videos on my TV or home theatre, I just use my PC as the internet connection and local area Wi-Fi to connect to the TV or projector, no ads.

I love Studio Ghibli animes. I have so many movies that I rarely have time to watch any of them more than once. Exceptions are Blade Runner (original) and The Matrix (first one only). There are a few others I would watch again if I had the time.

Personally, I am having a nice hot mug of delicious coffee right now while doom-scrolling all the bad news.

As soon as I saw Tik-Tok in the title I though here comes another idiot. Sure enough, arguing over 300 baht (US$8) which he did not even have to pay. What an cheapskate. Go back home to the US where a typical taxi ride costs $30-$40.

Not just public areas, but the bathroom in my condo in Bangkok also has very slippery floor tiles. I am always very careful, step out carefully and hang on tightly to a support when leaving the shower.

Looks like a good movie. Must keep an eye out for it when it becomes available online.
