I have noticed shops stocking soft pinewood. In Australia pine is often used for building but had never seen it available in Thailand till recently. Am wondering if this is a result of price increase and supply difficulties with hardwood or just a coincidence at the places I have been going. From memory it seems considerably cheaper than what have paid before for hardwood.

You asked for photos of the grass. It is there somewhere.

The parking garage and the park were dead again today though was around 4pm and maybe people were doing school pick ups. Alot of cars still seemed to be going to the back carpark. I guess Thais dont like change much. Several guards were sitting around looking at their phones. I also noticed they have put in a card system for payments. Wonder if that will increase patronage. Nice view from the rooftop but it is not a rooftop garden as promised and just more car park spaces.

They have more choice than that. Chang big or Chang small. Leo big or leo small so on, so on.

I do not drive but the traffic still seemed chaotic.

There are other threads about this. You go to your local ampur and get an updated marriage certificate -Kor ror 2 I think it is called for 100b or so. I do not think you can get a visa with a foreign marriage certificate unless you have registered the marriage in Thailand. You only need a signed copy of your wifes id card. You do not need her passport or a letter but if you want to cover everything bring one. They ask for proof of 20,000 b in a foreign bank but they did not take mine. The shop across the road prints a form for you and you write multi-entry on top of it and make sure they take the 5000b. I went there last November.

I was surprised how few people were using it. Lots of empty spaces. Monday night on long weekend. Traffic chaos in Naklua Rd. The policeman even tried to hurry me along as I paid for my songtaew. The park and market seemed not so busy.

Lucky helps a lot of people with travel from Suma Court in Soi Bukhao. It is just past the 7/11 after the hosptal heading towards South Pattaya Rd.

Thanks. I have seen them. Am set on the round buckets. Must have cleaned too many hotels, offices etc over the years to want to change. Dont think the cart ones give enough control over the amount of water you are putting on the floors.

Savannakhet visa report
Wongkitlo replied to ChaiyaTH's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Your friend could possibly get a 6 month multi entry tourist visa in his own country. Maybe the staff at the office get tired of people who dont bother doing this. -

Pattaya Authorities Inspect Homeless Community Near Bali Hai Pier

They do collect a lot of rubbish. Good on them for finding shelter but when they turn it into a rubbish dump can look pretty bad. -
Liberal govt led by Move Forward may be a pipe dream
Wongkitlo replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Do you think the reason they dont include him is the marijuana issue that Anutin depends on for support or that he does not want to associate with the regime or that he doesnt like him. (Who does?) Pita referred to him indirectly by saying he does not need any more support. -
As election draws near, dissolution rumors grow
Wongkitlo replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Have you not been paying attention to what I posted or just have trouble reading? Onemorefarung said somebody must be financing the protests. I replied it does not take much finance. All you need is a mobile phone and data connection. -

The post was about somebody financing the protest movement. I was commenting that not much financing was needed nowadays. All you need is a mobile phone.
